Went in for an upgrade supposed to be $129. Jeanette Rivera was the young lady who was processing my order. She tells me the phone will cost 200+ after hooking it up. I was like thats alot. She starts to put on a tempered case and asks what cover I want. I said I don't really want one can I just get the phone.. she says it's included in the price. I say it's never been that way before. But she persists that they don't do it any other way and the items are included in the price. I leave and realize I don't have the receipt. I call and she say it comes on phone or email but I didn't see any itemized descriptions in my phone so I go back. Get the receipt and there's 63 dollars one for the cover and tempered glass that I didn't want.. call back and talk to the supervisor who kindly tries to make sure she doesn't understand the miscommunication of a con. I will be returning the phone and items for the principle. Won't be back there after that.. they used to have a few dudes that were cool as hell.. helpful and...

This is the worst store by t mobile, I got scammed, I went there on Sunday to transfer to metro so I can get some promotion I had my phones already so I just need to purchase SIM card and I saw there saying transfer activation fee is waived and no other fees , for some reason they charged my card 160 dollars and they didn’t even give receipt I tried calling customer service of what happened to me and they said they are sorry, and they said I should’ve got charged only 70 dollars?? But they never gave me my money back?? Soooo disappointing, when I went to store they said , the girl who charge me is fired and they can’t refund me ?? Sccccaaam...

I'd rate one star. The employee who was there at the time helped me pick out a case and screen protector for a phone that wasn't made specifically for it but was compatible and more than acceptable. He installed it and everything. I returned maybe a year or 2 later because the screen protector cracked and I wanted it replaced for utmost protection. The employee at this time couldn't find a compatible case and didn't bother trying to find a screen protector even if it's slightly smaller. He did bare minimum effort and I still have a moderately cracked screen protector just because I took it off to clean my phone before...
