Story time.. on 3/13 at about 7:45am I came here to pick my grandson and myself up breakfast. Note I’ve came here plenty of time but usually go to the one near the Breinigsville area. When I order I always ask for the orders to be in separate bags due to my grandson going to school and I’m going to work. Well today I was told “we don’t do that here”. I was confused and asked “ huh you can’t put them in a separate bag”, response was “no we’ll give you another bag but we don’t do that here”. I was shocked and about to say something when the girl cut me off and said “ we’ll do it have a nice day”. Now we all know that’s not their signature thank you. Anyways I pull up and lo and behold all my food was in one bag with another bag sticking out. So I say, “oh your really not going to separate the order and she said again were don’t do that here”. I’m sorry Chick-Fil-A food is expensive but I come because I like the food and the service compared to any fast food is wonderful so I decided not today so I told her thank you but no thank you and drove away with her smart mouth saying sarcastically “have a nice day”. As I was leave I seen two gentleman and I took the chance of asking if they work there and yes they were the managers I explained to the one my experience and he asked me to pull over he’ll get my food. When he came back out he presented me with my food and began talking to me and guess what he even asked if he could pray for me and my grandson. I take All Prayers. I was emotionally because as much as I wanted to cuss that young lady out I kept my cool, I didn’t expect not to pay for my food but he blessed us with a free meal, he keep this customer from how he handled this situation. It doesn’t cost you anything to be nice toward someone. She could have said it another way but I swear y’all her attitude was beyond ignorant when I was not rude to her not at one point. When I initially put my order in I told her no cheese on my sandwich just egg and chicken she repeated back spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and I laughed and was like no just egg and chicken she laughed and was like oh yeah no cheese with egg. But why I still got it with cheese smh. Like I never had a experience like this at any Chick-Fil-A, but if it wasn’t for John the owner handing this situation the way he did I would never come back here. Thank you John again for your wonderful Chick-Fil-A service. Read moreThis location does not care about customer service at all. I've had many negative experiences that finally led me to leave this review basically, a combination of everything that experience there that was negative.
I'll start off at the first negative experience. it was one night I ordered lemonade along with my meal and all I received was no liquid just pulp that was left over from the end of the day. When I brought the cup up to the counter the lady simply said "that's how it is"
The second negative experience. one time I place two orders through the drive-thru and somehow they didn't get both of those orders correct, I don't want to go into detail too much here but we we ended up having to get out of our cars to get that fixed and it just seems like the person that was taking our order wasn't paying attention and didn't listen to order instructions accurately. also the lady that was taking our payments and giving us the food at the window I believe her name was Rosalia, has a very on authentic attitude and is quite annoying to have her speak to you in the tone and manner that she does. She's terrible.
The third negative experience. I was in the Drive-Thru placing an order for three number threes. I asked for the macaroni and cheese to be replaced as a side for all three meals. The lady claimed that the mac and cheese was backlogged by 20 minutes there would be a 20-minute wait. I said that's fine I'm okay with waiting can I just place the order and then wait inside. they said that I wasn't able to do that that I have to come inside and place the order and wait inside. I didn't understand how that would be a potential solution because I've already already waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line to now have to go wait again to place an order inside it just didn't make any sense to me how that is anyone could come up with such useless solution. how hard is it to remember and order walk over to the cash register and place an order like it wasn't that hard it was simple and I just don't understand?
perhaps all the other locations set such a high standard that this store and set of employees have a hard time meeting on a consistent basis but when I go to Chick-fil-A I expect greatness not terrible...
Read moreI drove up to the drive thru line and asked for a number two, he asked me if I wanted to make it a deluxe, I said yes. When I pull up to the window to pay, I receive my food and slowly pull away, yet looking into the bag to make sure everything is correct. I stop and see that I didn’t get a deluxe sandwich. I then call out the girl who was in the parking lot. I ask her if she can give me the deluxe since I had paid for it. Ends up being they never charged me for the deluxe, so she charged me for the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese. When she came back out she attempted to hand me the sandwich that they had originally given me plus a box of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. I politely asked her why did I receive it that way. She said that her manager said they couldn’t throw it away and if I wanted to speak with him then to come inside. I go inside and speak to the manager JUAN and ask if I could get another sandwich because how dare you just give a customer a side of condiments to add to a sandwich you originally asked to begin with that’s supposed to come already made. He says he couldn’t throw the sandwich away, I told him it didn’t matter what he did with the sandwich, I just needed a new one because I wasn’t going to make my own sandwich with the side of condiments, it should have already been prepared that way. He continues to go back and forth with me. Very sarcastic, very unprofessional. He accuses me of being threatening to him and continues to be rude to me. He blames me saying it was my fault because I didn’t verify with the guy at the window if I asked for a deluxe. When I clearly asked for one at the kiosk. I said it nice and clear. The employee ends up giving me another sandwich. This was the first time I have ever as many times as I have been to Chik Fila, experience something like this before. I’m even a platinum member. Whenever I go to a Chik fil a, they are very warm and happy. This manager deserves to be fired. He has no customer skills at all and shouldn’t even be a manager.
