The worst place to go to for anything concerning T-Mobile ... The employee jemel is very unprofessional I don't know how in the world he still has a job as a T-Mobile customer service representative because he was extremely rude did not help me at all I felt undefeated already going in having a broken phone he had no cares in the world to try and help me resolve my issues.. I wanted to finance a new phone but I didn't have payment because my phone was blacked out I couldn't access my card to unlock it so I asked him to use my mother's card she's an authorized user and he refused telling me theres no way he can do that he's not doing it I can wait for another rep but he refused to do it I tried to explain that I done it before at the south mall store he kept blowing me off every time I was explaining myself...I told him I can call T-Mobiles customer service hotline to verify that you can do it because she was an authorized user on my account he refused and told me he been working there for 18 years you can't do that he wasn't doing it so I told him your just trying to give me trouble because you can do that and he dismissed me and told the person behind me hell help them .. disregarded everything i said didn't even try to help me ... But God is good because I went to the south mall T-Mobile store and boom they did it with no problem exactly like the first time they didn't even give me no trouble I left with a phone and they used my mother's card ... But as far as jemel goes he needs to be fired there's no way that you can still have a job with that arrogant attitude your supposed to help people as a customer service representative that's your job treat people how you would want to be treated and I hope you read this God bless your soul because you need some enternal healing ... What comes...
Read moreMy husband and I went to get a replacement phone. His phone had fallen in water and had a black screen. The person who assisted us mentioned the insurance would not cover a cracked screen. He then recommended we go to Happy Fix which was a complete waste of time. We went back to the store to get an upgrade and the tech could not transfer the data because my husband was not able to access his passwords from the old phone. They gave him a phone with none of his info. Funny though me his wife who has no tech experience thought of taking his old Sim and SD card and putting it in another phone to recover the data from an old backup. By the way these new Samsung s phones have no place for the SD card so if you are not backing up your data to the cloud and you forget your passwords you are in trouble. The second tech also lied to us and told us that the s20 did not have a slot for the SD card when in fact it does. It is only the newer models s22 on up that do not have it which would have eliminated most of the problems we had trying to do the work they should have known how to do to troubleshoot to move his data before we even left the store. I suggest you go to the t-mobile on Airport Rd. They are more helpful or if you can...
Read moreBroke my phone screen and was in the mall already so I decided to drop in to my carrier's box store. awful experience. If you have the time just go back up 22 to the T mobile store on airport road instead of coming here. I told them the phone was broke and they bluntly told me they don't fix phones. Then they tried to sell me a Nexus 5 when I said I wanted to repair my Nexus 4. When I said no they tried to sell me a case. A phone case. For my phone. My phone is broken, I don't need a case now nor do I regret not having on earlier! and I definitely don't want to pay for it monthly. It's a phone case. Stop allowing people to pay for stuff they can't afford. It is predatory marketing and behavior. Whatever, just don't use T mobile if you can avoid it. My favorite interaction of the day was when the T mobile employee said I had a "first edition nexus 5" and thats probably why it broke. Seriously? Totally different phone. I have a Nexus 4. I guess in a way he is right? I hate going to get help at a traditional box store and being sold things I don't ask for. This is why it is a failing business model. I am going to give my money to Google directly for a new phone and heed my advice!...
