Starbucks — Restaurant in Whitehall

I have been shopping since they opened this starbucks and all the people who attend me have a super customer service whenever I tip for the drive thru, the first time I decided to enter and the orange-haired manager was the one who attended us !! I didn't say hello or anything, she had a face like they did something to her, oh, like we weren't going to pay, we asked for two coffees after asking for that, my son, as a child, wanted an apple sauce, she didn't even look at our faces, I passed it and threw it on the counter the apple sauce! It was not good people at all, good good hateful! in my life buying coffee from starbuks this had happened to me, I don't usually make complaints but they shouldn't have a boss like that, she is supposed to be the example, then she gave us the coffee that wasn't we asked for more milk and she gave us the one that wasn't She did not want to listen to us, another very kind employee tried to help us but she is super busy, the boss completely ignored us, I have photos of leaving the coffee on the table . customer service is number one! I must say I’m so disappointed today with my order. I come 5 days out of 7 and loved this Starbucks! My order is made to perfection most days, but sometimes it’s off and they are always more than happy to fix my order. But today… I came in to pick up my order and it was made entirely wrong. So I explained it to her, she removed the slip to re make it, and did not follow what the slip said at all. The coffee was dark and I had wanted extra cream so instead of pouring some out and adding more she just added some to make it spill over the sides and handed it to me. She saw how unhappy I was so asked someone else to re make it without the slip and left out the most important things to make it taste great, so the woman who re made it made an awe dim tasting coffee made entirely not the way I asked for. So 3 coffees later from a simple order and she passed the coffee my way without asking if it was okay, and walked away. My friend and I came here and placed our orders inside the cafe. We waited for half an hour after placing our order but didn’t get any of it. Eventually I asked the employee who said they didn’t have our ticket anywhere. After waiting another few minutes we finally got our order but we’re given the wrong sizes on our drinks.
