Dunkin' — Restaurant in Whitehall

Be prepared to repeat your order 3+ times. This isn’t the first time this has occurred so I figured I’d finally share since there is another Dunkin within eye sight you could instead patron at the corner of MacArthur Rd. & Schadt Ave.

While placing my order, after each item stated I was rudely asked by a female “anything else?” After completing my order and pulling around to the window, a male then tried to recite my order back to me which was wrong. I ordered an iced coffee, 3 donuts and 2 bagels. Not too difficult if you ask me given my 3 years of working fast food when I was a teenager. I told the male that perhaps they should actually write a customer’s order down after asking for it.

At home, I opened the donut bag to find all 3 donuts stuck together (1 Boston cream & 2 pink frosted w/sprinkles) and the coffee I ordered and had to repeat at the window was still incorrect.

The drive-thru is convenient but I will walk my lazy self inside the other nearby Dunkin from now on.

The lady that usually takes my order is really nice but she needs to work on her English better because I will have to repeat my order to her at least three times. I go there because of the convenience of the drive thru. One time I did order hot pumpkin spice coffee with cream and sugar. I said my order really slowly so she can comprehend it. When I went to the window a different girl gave me a straw. I looked at it confused and I was charge for a ice coffee. I told her politely that is not what I ordered. She then changed it to a hot coffee. But they didn’t give me my difference in change back but I didn’t feel like waiting for a dollar back in change. I figured they got a nice tip. ZER0 STARS... This place is really bad. From customer service to the food. They dont listen. You wait forever with no one in the store because they have the only 2 people who work there are taking care of drive through customers first! The lady who seems to own it is EXTREMELY unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL. They have no idea what customer service is. The ONLY reason I feel that they're still in business is because of the convenience of the gas station. That's it. This place should close. There is nothing good coming out of this Dunkin Donuts. The owner really needs to learn people skills. She is really bad at running a business. Theres a Dunkin right across the street that is WAAAAAAY Better. Don't go to the gas station...
