i ordered on door dash because for some reason pizza hut doesn't deliver to my house but the China hut next door does, i should have went with that, door dash rerouted my order three times b/c of pizza huts outages i met 3 of my door dashers at the store when i picked up my order, after door dash finally canceled my order i offered to pay again & wait not knowing i would be there almost 3 hours while everything went to hell in the back, me n 10 other people waiting the phone ringing off the hook, computing and phone systems up n down missed placed orders, remaking orders it was obnoxious but out of their control, my food was terrible when i received it (the crew tried) i tried to be understanding, but i have a problem w/ the fact that WENDY & the kitchen staff were busting their ass while their manager stood at a computer for the entirety of the time i was there giving no support or lead then clocked out and left them to deal with the mess but not before she grabbed 2 of 2L of mountain dew.
im more upset for this crew then my own experience, shit happens and i understand that, u cant help system failure & then the domino effect of everything going to hell quickly, but i cannot believe that store manager just stood at the computer for almost 3 hours while Wendy was dealing with people being aggressive towards her customers, door dash and the customers on the phone, she took all of the slack from people being impatient hungry jerks to her, all while filling orders giving kitchen direction manually organizing a system thats meant to be led by technology for a reason, and this manager had the audacity to leave them like this before closing made sure to grab soda while 15 people were in the lobby upset with no food but money taken out of their accounts, i dont not care if she was in the system trying to do stuff because it just kept going down, she should have been de-escalating this, organizing people and orders and directing Wendy and the kitchen staff, not standing at a computer where we can all see she was not physically or mentally supporting her staff, she doesnt deserve that pay or that job, she did not lead by example or try to turn this situation around and in no shape or form should i be waiting almost 3 hours for a pizza pasta and bread sticks and the manager gets to leave before i do are you kidding me?
put the manager back in a starting position, humble her she needs it because ik damn well Wendy wouldn't have left that girl cares about her job the effort she puts in she has pride she cares she is amazing under pressure and unknown circumstances and that kitchen staff was absolutely spectacular with keeping their cool, anyone of the crew members could have flipped their lid crying and screaming and it would have been so well deserved and justified, but they all put what they could into this unfortunate situation, EXCEPT that manager, this was a work emergency situation i just cant believe she didnt take more responsibility then...

When he got home with one less pizza and a receipt that said $27, when it should have been $45...I called the store. The first associate who answered the phone laughed at me and when I asked to speak to his manager, who described herself as the general manager, she lied to me. She told me she tried to call me and the phone didn't work. That was a lie because I called her from that number. The same number on the order and the receipt. Read morePlease get this place under new management called for ten minutes to place a order nobody picked up..Decided to go there and place a order and told them I was calling for like 10 mins, the lady replied that they were very busy..There was only two customers inside including myself one of the other workers was. Just sitting down on face book with her laptop out im guessing the manager. Is really cool and laid back an let his workers do whatever they want..The pizza I order was old u could tell because the cheese wouldn't move one bit just looked like they brushed some oil on the crust to make it fresh and stuck it in the oven.Won't be ordering from here anymore sad because this place is 2 mins from my house and I love pizza and it's hard for me to not to like any pizza but this place needs new management unprofessional and I've came across there rude...
