Johnny's Bagels & Deli — Restaurant in Whitehall

I don't usually write reviews but I have now had two bad experiences at this location in the mall. When they first opened, they were one of my go-to lunch break locations but they have quickly gone downhill. The first time, I thought maybe the prices had increased because of their own costs. Tonight though, the situation made me feel like they are just charging whatever they want to customers and not charging their listed prices. I went in and ordered a grilled ham and cheese sandwich and a large fountain drink. My order was over $16 and I was told the fountain drinks are $5 alone. That seems incredibly high for a cup with some Sprite and ice in it! The sandwich was listed as $8 and she charged me over $10 for it. I thought it was an upcharge for the ham, however, when I returned to my store to eat my lunch, there wasn't even any ham on my sandwich. I hope the management will look into these sudden price increases. If you want to be treated fairly, there are other places in the mall to eat that don't surprise you with...

I went there for breakfast at this mall and worst experience ever, I ordered fried eggs, bacon 🥓 and homefries with coffee ☕️ and it was the worst breakfast I ever had, the potatoes has a bad smell and taste, the bacon was old, I told the man that was there, can you please taste the potatoes and he said that there was nothing wrong I paid almost $16 with a bottle of water. He did not offer to change it or or get something else or money back, he was very rude. I was not asking for freebies and I told him, I don't want my money back or eat something else. I first called at 11:08 with no answer. Mind you they “open” at 11. I then called back two minutes later at 11:10 where I was told that they couldn’t take orders yet, because something about someone not being there. I said fine, and called back at 11:57 starving at this point. To my surprise, I was TRYING to give my order, but was being rushed! I asked for a jalapeño bagel, but was told they had none so I was trying to figure out what other bagel to get. THIS RUDE GUY is going to tell ME to HURRY UP because they’re busy. Then when I decided to cancel my order due to this horrible individual, he just hung up without saying anything. I NEVER have left a review before, but the way I was treated was beyond disgusting.
