Taco Bell — Restaurant in Whitehall

Five stars why.. I'll because of a young lady who worked there. She was speaking to someone that she knew.. Why she was talking To her friend. I was Looking for my food, I kept wondering if she's up here. Talking who fixed my food i'm hungry.. So let me stop here,

So now back to my story

I do Amit that I was wrong. I allow myself to get out of character. But I did call back after. I ate my tacos to apologize to the young lady who worked there. I believe I spoke to her Boss or supervisor and I explained to them the same story. I'm telling here on this review site. She understood and she told me that she would go and tell the young lady Who I was upset with but it really was in her that I was upset with. I was just hungry and I did not think first. So once again on this site. I do apologize again so if anyone out there Have a snickerbar before you get to that point of lunch or dinner. So that way you would not get out...

Last time I dined at this location was a few years ago and it wasnt a pleasant experience hints the few years back. I simply stopped going bc it seemed every time I went I'd sit in the drive through for 30 minutes. Yes there were about 8-10 vehicles in front of me bc I'd come around 11pm or midnight but it's not the wait I mind bc I know the employees are inside working hard. The issue I had and why I quit going to this location was bc after the wait I'd get someone elses order completely, have items missing, and/or not prepared correctly. HOWEVER the individuals working this location now are AMAZING. The woman talking to me was very nice and lovely to talk to. Everyone I could see had a big smile. The best part is my order was Perfect and I do mean perfect. I opened up everything and it looked like the commercials I see. Nothing was mashed and damaged. I customized to the max using the app and everything was on point. Keep up the great job everyone I'll be...

BUGS IN THE FOOD!!! Poor customer service. Long wait times tonight. Orders constantly messed up. My experience is not unique, but tonight, we found bugs in the food! First they forgot my mex pizza, had to go back to get. On the way, I ate a gordita, in the dark in my truck.... After i get there, i get my forgotten pizza and sauce and head home. My girlfriend sends me a pic of her mex pizza - there's a bug baked into the cheese. I immediately feel sick, drive home, gather the uneaten food and go back to demand a refund. Because I ate the gordita.... he refused to fully-refund. Only partial. I emphasize the situation and he ignores me. Rude. Unprofessional. Disgusting. I'm done with taco bell. I showed all 12 cars behind me the bug in the picture and all of them drove off. If you're smart, so will you!!!!!! CORPORATE NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS...
