Burger King — Restaurant in Whitehall

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location over a 5 year period. But, this is the worst and I will NEVER use this location again........ At the Menu location at the drive-thru, the girl was very short. No greeting;"Go ahead when you are ready.". Very uninterested in taking my order. Annoying! I get to the window and find out WHY she was so short and unattentive to my needs. She is on her phone next to my order for 3 to 5 minutes (Zoom into the picture and you can see my order next to her!!!!!!!) I say something and she was very SHORT and disrespectful. "She told me to just leave." I asked for the manager and she said; "She was the manager and to go on home.". I asked for her name, would not tell me. At this, every employee was stairing at me like it was a huge JOKE. The worst customer service EVER. This is what this restaurant is about????. Because, if the manager can get away this behavior, so can the employees. Very, very poor leadership. How can a manager EVER act or get away with? THIS GIRL (manager?) HAS BEEN HERE FOR 5 YEARS? LEADERSHIP? Also, Health issues with her touching her phone while she is handling food and the germ transfer with COVID makes this behavior unexceptable for an employee, let alone a manager? Very, very unprofessional. I called corporate and went to the Google reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!! O H M Y GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!! Over and over again, this location has one bad review after another because of the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel like a broken record after reading the reviews. I can not believe I ate at this location for so LONG! Picture is my food getting cold WHILE THIS MANAGER HAS MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO......WoW........ VERY dissapointing.....NO ...

I arrived at this location because I wanted something quick and easy. When I arrived at the drive-thru window the associate told me that they were closed. After I pulled around I saw that there was someone walking out from the store with food. I went inside to see if they were really closed. I walked up to the counter behind a woman and her two children. I noticed that they weren't in fact closed.

Before I could even order my own food I noticed that there was not one, but TWO CHILDREN in the kitchen area behind the counter. One looking to be pre-teen and the other under the age of 5. Both casually walking around as if they've been there before. I was appalled by this because no one should be bringing their children to their place of employment where they can be subject to harm to themselves or others.

I ordered a whopper with a medium fry- extra crispy. I waited patiently for my order. When I got my bag of food I asked for extra mayo. Instinctively I reached into the bag for one french fry. This fry was cold and definitely not fresh. I told the worker that it was cold and that I asked for them to be crispy. I felt bad even asking for it to be remade. Her only comment was that it was "fresh". In my mind, if something is cold that is supposed to be hot, then it is not fresh. I then watched the woman take my fry order and DUMP it back into a fry basket and drop it back into the oil. I was completely thrown about this. After a few minutes more she handed me the fries and I left. I couldn't even believe what I had witnessed. With the drive-thru closed down, there should have been no reason as to why an order is not fresh and ready to go for...

I went through here several occasions in the last 2 months to be told they are out of beef or we are sorry we dont have that time. Well yesterday I went through on one last attempt for my lunch break. I was served a raw spicy chicken sandwich. RAW!!! The only thing cooked was the breading on the outside. Even the bacon was raw!! I called the location to get a voicemail you cant even leave a message on then I went back through around 3ish and was told there is no manager on site ( I went through the drive thru again) then nobody would speak to me. I continued to call and call. I still have the sandwich in my car... raw bacon and all. I reported it to their corp center and am waiting for a call back. I was up all night with a severe upset stomach I did ingest a small bite of bacon and breading of the chicken to see and feel it raw in my mouth so I immediately stopped eating it so I didnt get sick upon seeing it was raw. Do not go this location it is never fully functional and they never have things in full stock. Poor customer service. When someone gets back to me I have the sandwich still preserved in my car to show them how raw it is as this is not acceptable. I have to paper chase and place a complaint to have my money of a full 7 dollars which isnt even my concern? I cant even eat today out of fear of getting sick....
