Ray's 1 Pizza — Restaurant in Whitehall

Today i stopped in for a slice of pizza on my way out of the mall, usually i don't have a problem with a place, it is usually pretty clean, theres a few things that were dirty which it happens, but while i was waiting for my pizza i saw something move on the floor out of the corner of my eye, well i took it with a grain of salt, well till i saw it again, i saw a small mouse roaming the floors of the dining room, which took off to the garbage can in the corner and i didn't see it after that, maybe it was just by chance, a 1 time thing, but i cant be sure, now I'm not putting this out there to slander the business, not my intention at all, but i just want to make them aware that they may have a pest problem, i wanted to say something but i hadn't as they were busy behind the counter with many orders, so I'm putting this out there, business owners of you see this, please have an exterminator come in, i hate to see someone else see it while they are eating, i hope this gets taken care of, the food it very good at this place but it makes me a bit weary seeing a mouse roaming, as i said i hope it gets...

We recently visited Ray’s Pizza at the Lehigh Valley Mall, and we can’t say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Now, let’s talk about the food! We had the stuffed Philly cheesesteak, and it was truly outstanding—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The pepperoni pizza was a classic delight, while the chicken and hot sauce pizza added a delicious kick that we couldn’t get enough of. I went there for the first time and they messed up my order and argued with me about it. I was telling the guy what I wanted and at the same time my daughter was telling me what she wanted. He was too busy in my conversation that he did the wrong order. After we were finished eating we needed a box for our left overs and he did not want to give us one. He had an attitude. I will never go back there again if that was the only place to eat. Very rude and unprofessional. They don’t even deserve the one star I had to put on here. Not only is their customer service bad.
