Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Whitney

I'm writing this review because I am HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied with the Domino's on Boulder Highway in Las Vegas, NV 89122. All I wanted was the items I ordered. I don't appreciate the drivers fibbing and saying they came back to my door to bring me the items when they know the drivers did not come back to deliver me my items I paid for. I order from this specific Domino's occasionally and this is not the first time I've had this issue. The female manager who was on shift on 02/02/2021 at around 8:13 PM that I spoke with was not very helpful at all. She promised me a credit and did not apply it to my order. I called Domino's the next day 02/03/2021 around 4:02 PM and was told by the manager on the shift at the time that she would call me back once she spoke with the manager who was on shift on 02/02/2021 around 8:13 PM about the credit but I have yet to receive a call back. I called back again around 7:02 PM on 02/03/2021 and there was no answer. I was waiting for 8 minutes on the line waiting to speak with someone YET again :( I didn't even eat the food I did receive. I was so disappointed. The staff on shift should pay more attention to delivery orders. You never know a person's situation. For all they know it could of been my last meal and I didn't even get my money's worth. I will NOT be a returning customer. You guys definitely lost a customer. Came to this location on a Saturday morning 2/8/2025 around 11:15AM. Normally Domino's is my go to for ordering a carryout 9.99 pizza with one topping. For years, I have never had any issues and the pizza and customer service has been great. Well this particular time, I attempted to walk into the store and the door was locked. I then saw on the left side of the business another door with a "for pick up" sign. Once I walked into the pickup area, I noticed a pickup window in which I waited while a saw this woman sitting on the floor looking at her phone without a care in the world. After about 30 seconds, she yelled "the door is open," to my surprise there is another door to enter the door I already walked through, still was shocked her tone as she yelled for me to come in another door. As I finally made my way inside the store, not a single soul or pizza order was being made. I asked the young lady, "is there a $9.99 carryout special I can order?" With a foul look on her face and angry tone "sorry we don't have any $9.99 carryout specials, I don't know what you are talking about." I then asked if there is any pizza that is $9.99, and she angrily replied "depends on what you want!" I then replied "forget it," as I walked out without ordering anything. Extremely disappointed on this location. I ordered pizzas for my daughter’s birthday and submitted the order about two hours in advance. The online tracker on their website notified that they were ready, we walked in to grab our order and found a very overwhelmed employee working all on his own and were informed he was actually behind so the order wasn’t ready. About 20mins after we got there two more of his coworkers came through the door (assuming both were drivers). Our negative review is not for the employee as he was just doing his best in what looks to be an understaffed location but more for the lack of time management and also for misleading us by making us think our order was ready when it really wasn’t. We got our pizzas about 35-40mins after our actual “pick up time” which put us behind schedule and we ended up being late to my daughter’s birthday party. If you are on a time schedule I would not take a chance with this location, it is not worth the stress. This location is in serious need of a good manager and proper staffing. I will say kudos to the worker who was there trying his best to keep the wheels on the wagon from falling completely off, he deserves a raise- anybody else in his shoes would have thrown their arms up in the air and walked...
