McDonald's — Restaurant in Whittier

Hello! I had just called the store a few moments ago regarding my application process and in hopes to speak with the hiring manager. There was some kind of confusion on my end since there i called the wrong location and there is no hiring manager named “juan” there so i wanted to check and make sure, but it took about three times of me calling back to get that information because an associate named “erica” continued to hang up on me. when i asked why she hung up mid sentence she said it was simply because the store is busy. when i had called back the last time (3rd time) since i still had some questions i never got the chance to ask, i had confronted her about hanging up on me and continued to say i had more questions. she then cut me off and kept asking “whats your question, whats your question, whats your question” Unbelievably unprofessional!! As a fellow sales associate who works in the retail industry and as a small business owner i never treat my customers that way, even during rush hour!!! she then had told me to “look it up” after i had asked if they have a hiring manager named “Juan”. Either have a talk with this girl or fire her!! Completely uncalled for especially considering many elderly individuals still call locations now n days who are considerably not so tech savvy, she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills while under pressure / during high speed engagement hours. ...that any promo can be used AGAIN since they cannot scan it, therefore it is still available & usable until scanned at another location and in my case that means I'll be having about 350 more free Signature Sandwiches with purchase courtesy of the Angels Baseball Team Home Run freebie active today.

Last time a technical outage like this happened I must have had about 111 orders of Six Pack McNuggets thanks to the the Los Angeles Dodgers shutting out in the 6th...

Wooow the huge difference between this branch and the other McDonald’s a mile and a half from here I got so upset at the other branch they really ruined my day and mood so slow no care for customer service you could be waiting for so long before someone comes to the cash register and acknowledge you they don’t even say one moment please or anything like you don’t exist and by the time they get your order in which was a cup of coffee for me that’s it it would have taken like 40 minutes to grab yourself a cup of coffee it’s horrible management very unprofessional or simply don’t care but this branch is Amazing the manager is right on it they respect the customers and so quick with everything I do appreciate management that is a leader and has the ethics of work and knows how Deal with their employees very much respected this Branch and what I’ve seen thank you for your hard work all of you in this branch you all...
