World Burgers — Restaurant in Whittier

I remember a couple months ago I noticed this place opened. They had a crowed, I figured I'll check it out sometime. So, I tried it for lunch on a Saturday. It was empty, so it was fast to order. I noticed they had a flyer for a grand opening, confused me because they are already open, and I remember it was packed a couple months ago. Anyways, I ordered the "whitter" burger with frys. It's a double double. Since it was empty, I got my order at a decent time. To my surprise, the burger looks pretty much like an "in-n-out" double double, and the frys almost exactly replica of thier frys. First bit, confused me, mainly because, the place was empty, and I was the only oder at the time, do why was the burger luke warm, and the bun seemed toasted, but it was hot or warm. This really killed the flavor and the enjoyment of the burger. Who likes cold or luke warm food? I might try this place again, mainly because they have interesting burger options. Just hope they get the bugs out of thier service and make fresh food and not ready made...

Wow! Wow! Wow! I'm NOT a burger lover, but WORLD BURGERS are definitely another level. Wife had the California burger with fries and small drink. I opted for the PUEBLA BURGERso so delicious AND juicy with onion rings and a root beer. Fries were ok. But will definitely be back and try the other choices. Why, why is this place not crowded with lines out the door?? The Young lady at the counter very courteous and nice. The place is spotless. I'm converted IM A BURGER LOVER!!!! Oh and the oldies music. There isn’t a bad thing on the menu. We’ve tried every single burger, and while there are some I’d prefer more over others, you can’t go wrong with picking one at random. A single burger is (a little) on the smaller side, and might not fill you up, it’s quite nice because you can get 2 different ones to get a worldly experience. All at a reasonable price. This is all before mentioning the fries. They are a perfected version of the fresh, hand-cut fries of a certain California cult hamburger chain with all white uniforms.
