I have to disagree with some of the other reviews. the food quality is not all that great, altho you get what you pay for and that is to say as with the food quality and the service too. At the time of my visit the lady taking orders at the front counter seamed as she did not understand English at all took a moment to be able to place our order correctly. Once we got our food that took quite a bit of time to be served, and finally got to eat it, we where almost out of time for us to go back to work. The place is a bit smaller than other locations with just a few tables to sit. Definitely not the best service and food quality experience you would expect from a chain...

I asked if I could substitute shrimp tempura with vegetable tempura on a Udon soup. I was told they could not accommodate. I requested to speak to management, whom was also the sushi chef. He made no eye contact, pointed to their menu and stated that I should order vegetable tempura. They would not accomadate me because they wanted to get an additional charge for my order.

First off, I used to live in Whitter for about 4 years, near the "Quad". I would frequent this place often and it was very good. We were in the area looking for food and decided to come here, since me and my Fiance wanted some sushi. The food was good, nothing more and nothing less. It hit the spot. Service though was a tad bit slow. I'm not sure if there were new people working there, which is why it was so slow but either way it was fine. I would recommend this place but not if you want to get your food fast.

Also the atmosphere isn't very normal for a Sushi restaurant. They should look into making it a bit...
