Marinna's behavior in the dressing room is consistently rushed and inconsiderate. On a recent visit, she immediately shouted, 'MAAM, PUT YOUR CLOTHES ON THE RACK!' as I was organizing hangers. Upon exiting the room, carrying a handful of items, she abruptly demanded my number card, disregarding the items in my hands, which led to my phone falling and breaking. This incident is just one example of her habitually yelling and causing embarrassment, making it difficult to peacefully try on clothes without undue attention or accusations of theft. Career clothing has a great selection. Men's selection is low too. Baby department has a lot of variety. I personally come here occasionally for career department. The service doesn't change. Maybe it's due to having the same managers. Some of the clothes seems like it was dragged on the floor then hung. As mentioned before the service isn't that great.You ask for help but I think they are more concerned about the loss prevention aspect of the business. They've hired a lot of young people so they are not to happy to provide service to young people. I guess this is a good place to shop if...

Horrible experience here at this TJ Maxx, paid with my Samsung Pay account then they say they dont accept this even when the payment went through. Samsung pay is link to my credit and debit card. I even show her the payment on my banking account.

Manager Roseanne is awful, cashier knew nothing was wrong as the purchase went through no issues.

Will not visit any of their stores and will let others know this place.
