Arby's — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

ALWAYS, always, Fast, friendly service and fresh made to order delicious foods. I only use the drive-thru, and do so usually at least twice every week. I always have my 100+ lb fur baby with me. Both her and I agree, that not only are the staff always friendly, fast, attentive & professional, but the food is always fresh, delicious and a great value. Going there repeatedly for years, so frequently, I cannot say I've ever experienced a single incident of an incorrect order or an unhappy employee. I felt bad tonight, when I went thru and told Kiara and the other awesome lady, that I only go there so often, because it's my furbaby's favorite place to go, after taking her daddy to work...as she's sad and always gets so happy to go to Arbys. I accidentally didn't think to tell these wonderful ladies, it's also my husband and my, favorite place to go. And that is because of never having to worry whether the food will be fresh, because, it's always fresh and correct. We never have to worry about a disgruntled employee, because, we've only always had great employees, treating us so very caring and kindly. The only thing I could say is, corporate needs to send many more pumpkin pie turnovers AND leave them on the menu. Those pies are absolutely delicious, but always sold out. Its a temporary delight, though, as we all know. But, thankfully, ALL the food there is not seasonal. It's delicious and will be prepared to order, for you, too. If you're making a special order, anywhere, just always ask them to read back your special requests, so you know they got it, just like you want it. I visited the 5th street location earlier this week. I ordered 2 jalapeno roast beef sliders. On that day I called the manager to let her know that my sliders were without the jalapenos and the bread was stale. I told her what time I ordered in the drive through. She claimed she could not find record of the purchase. She never called back as promised. When I arrived today hoping to get my free sliders she said she could only give me one because I didn't come back within 24 hours. I did not want another slider the next day after spoiling my lunch. I lost my appetite for them for a while. I told her I felt like it was not fair and she said there was nothing she could do. She actually said, "I'm not going to get fired over a slider". I went ahead and payed for one more slider and potato cakes. While I waited I observed how disorganized she was while she took care of other customers. She called my name and almost gave me somebody elses order. She took 4 mins before she told the man to make my second slider. She served 2 other customers who came behind me b4 I finally got mine. Then I guess as a favor she felt she had to give me something for the long wait so she offered me a ham slider that was ordered by mistake or she may have forgotten to give to somebody else. That was an atrocious example of customer satisfaction. Why if I could get my second slider was it okay to give me something I did not order or want? We had lunch for the first time at Rico's this Saturday. It was very nice! The restaurant is nice and clean and the table. Too close to each other. Our waitress was absolutely delightful! So sweet and Johnny on the spot whenever we needed her. The food is pretty good. My husband have the nachos and he really likes him. I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas. Personally I thought the sour cream sauce was a little on the sweet side in the whole dish a little under seasoned. But it really wasn't bad at all. And they give you quite a bit! The chips and salsa are excellent! Nice thin crispy chips and choices of salsa. Their hot salsa is really hot! I mixed a little bit of it in with the regular it was just perfect for me.
