Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

On 9/6/2025, at 2:45 PM, my family visited the Braum’s located at 3906 Call Field Rd, Wichita Falls, TX. Unfortunately, we experienced extremely poor customer service from a young woman (she was dark skinned) behind the counter. She refused to take my husband’s order and made it clear she would not assist him with getting a banana split. When she finally began preparing it, she slammed a banana into the bowl and continued making it without asking if he wanted to customize the ice cream flavors or toppings.

This was by far the worst service we’ve experienced at this location. When we brought it to the attention of the shift manager, she was dismissive and stated there was nothing she could do. However, another manager with pink hair was kind and offered an apology for the employee’s behavior.

Due to the situation, my husband ultimately did not get his ice cream. I hope this issue is addressed so that no other customers are treated with such disrespect...

Stores are always clean and the shelves and freezer chests are either all full or someone is working to fill them they keep it neat and yet someone's always ready to wait on you yesterday I went in just to buy a pecan pie and some whipped cream I've been told by many of the older local people here in town that they don't know of anyone that can make a pecan pie the way from stars and that it's always good it's always the same and I was going to lunch at some friends home and thought I should bring something so I bought a pecan pie and whipped cream. I couldn't have made a better choice the pie was excellent. Have dined in twice,both times around 8p.m, both times the place was absolutely FILTHY. The place is infested with flies. All the tables were dirty and sticky and many of them had trash on them, there was a lot of food under the tables, the drink station was low on lids and supplies and was equally dirty, and the ice cream prep area was filthy as well and full of crumbs and the glass when ordering ice cream was sticky and had dry ice cream everywhere. NOT ONCE did I see a single person doing rounds cleaning the tables, sweeping nor refilling the drink station supplies. I have been at other locations and there was always someone cleaning tables and sweeping as customers left. The health department needs to pay a surprise visit to this establishment. Will not...
