I have gone to this location many times and have pretty much always had a good experience. But the last time I was there was so disappointing. I pulled into the line with only two cars in front of me. One was at the window so it was very short. I figured I would be in and out and have enough time to get to work. As I was ordering my drink, another barista was taking the order of the car in front of me. The barista then proceeded to climb into the backseat of the car and ride up to the window. While I was waiting a different barista came and told me that I would get my drink soon, but that I would probably have to wait a while for the car in front of me. I just figured they had a lot of drinks. Just a minute later she brought me my drink and said she hopes I didnāt have anywhere to be because the car will be there for a while. She walked away before I was able to tell her that I was going to be late for work. By now there is a bit of a line behind me. After a couple more minutes the guy jumps out of the car and they give them there TWO drinks!! Here are the things that need to change, and I'm sure 99% of customers would agree with me. Prices and sizes MUST be listed on your menu. Yes, people are desperate for their coffee and will pay whatever.. but if I ask an employee and they don't even know there's a disconnect there.
