While we still like the food and will still eat here, we are writing this review in regards to their hiring, wages, and breaks. One of our children worked here for nine months and found out that someone who had just been hired was receiving three dollars more per hour - that's not a way to keep your already trained hires. They definitely don't get fifteen minute breaks every four hours, and in hundred degree heat you can expect your child to be working outside for two or three hours with no breaks. They'll tell you that they have cooling vests for them to wear, but they only last for fifteen minutes and are useless after that, plus a lot of the workers won't even bother to use them. It's only a matter of time before one of their workers will have to be rushed to the hospital due to heat stroke or worse. They do not wish to communicate with the parents, but instead want the child to advocate for themself - that's fine if you have a child who is bold and will speak up for themself, but that's not good when you have a child who is shy and has a difficult time advocating for themself, let alone even know what the word "advocate" means. So, if you have a child who wants to work here, know that they will be expected to work in extreme weather conditions outside, they will receive few, if any, breaks during their shifts, and they should ask for a starting wage that is $12/hour. They should also be able to handle a very fast paced environment which is high stress with not...
Read moreNo Chick-fil-A y’all set a very high standard for yourself. Which is amazing, as a consumer I love that. However, the last four times that I have been at this location my order has been massively messed up. I thought that it was just the drive-through, but I’ve gone inside and I have done a mobile pick up order and I have had the same issues. I’ve had different issues every time I’ve gone, but the consistency for the last four times is that I have not gotten my sauce. I have not gotten my straws and I have not gotten any napkins. Which I get isn’t a huge deal but when you’re driving and you have no straw, it’s very inconvenient not to mention I pay for the extra sauces that I ordered. So yeah, I do expect to get what I pay for. These are just the consistencies amongst the issues. But I gotta say, with Caines now across the street, right now is not the time for this location to be messing up.
Edit to add: All of our waffle fries were not even edible. What the heck are y'all doing up there?
As a response: the sauce straw and napkins are definitely inconvenient but the real issue is the food and service. The quality has just gone down tremendously. Hopefully this review helps make this location better,...
Read moreI really like the chicken egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. The biscuits are outstanding. However you place an order on the app with the idea that you will not have to wait long to receive your order. This place lacks efficiency on many fronts. Orders placed in the app apparently do not get started until you are on the property. Then you get placed in line accordingly. Which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. This morning was the worst. I placed my order a couple of minutes before I arrived. Big mistake! When I arrived a little bit of a line at the drive thru. I was the 3 cars to get to the menu board. Once I pulled up to the menu board. Silence! You have to check in at the menu board when you select drive thru for pickup. 3 cars went by from the other lane. Now I am pissed off. I pull ahead. Finally at the window. The employee is dumbfounded when I give my name and request my order. So here I sit waiting. Finally got my order. 20 minutes waiting. All because I placed and paid for this order before arriving. The lack of efficiency is why I will never go back to...
