Where do I start... Me and friend had some of the worst service. I used to work at this one and I've prided myself on how well they trained us as servers. I love peaks and still going in to eat because of the service and food. But I was extremely disappointed...

We waited to be greeted for like 10 minutes.. we watched girls look us in the eye and just walk pass and or go talk to guys. A group of them were just standing by the bar area.. while we waited which when I worked there ... you'd get in trouble.. that was not allowed.

Then she took another 10 minutes to get us our drinks...I watched her do everything else... at this point I was growing frustrated and asked for a manager.. The manager I've worked with before... so I thought she'd understand cause we pretty much had the same training.... she did nothing.. the service didn't get better.. matter of fact.. the girl who brought me my food damn near slammed it down in front of me... I went from wanting food and drinks... to just water and the app tacos...

Then she messed up our tickets... We left in a whole different mood.. We love going to peaks.. we couldn't figure it out if it was our gender.... since we weren't men..... if it was our race.... and she assumed we wouldn't tip because we were black.... if it's because we weren't dressed to slay... we were dressed down... maybe all 3... but I know yall won't care for me to say oh I'll never go back... Just do...

My waitress Our waitress, such a badazzling person. Seeing her come across the room like a shooting star among comets. An angels voice with the healing sound of a harp not far behind. Today we are here to talk about a lovely woman, a caring waitress and an amazing mother. Starting with the service, it was really impressive. Drinks came impressively fast and check ups were frequent. She let us know and kept us up to date on when our food was going to be done. She brought the food quickly there after and asked if we needed anything else. Next, attention to detail. She gave us straws to the people she knew wanted them and asked if we wanted our regular drinks. She remembered what I usually ate and wasn't overbearing while asking. She was really kind, got us our food on time and made sure it was what we wanted with our specifications. Finally, atmosphere. There was a cheery and calm atmosphere the whole time. I felt free to ask for anything and was relaxed with normal conversation as well. She promptly asked us to review and was quick and concise with asking. I will say the atmosphere was perfect for a beer but unfortunately it was a work night, so another time. Now that everything has been covered to a satisfying degree this review has come to an end.
