Arby's — Restaurant in Wichita

My husband went about 3 months ago to order lunch for the entire working crew of 3 people for our properties. He orders via the drive through because parking is tight with towing his 40ft trailer and he is in a hurry to get back to the jobsite. He orders $32 worth of food which sounded a bit high to begin with for 3 small drinks, three 2 for 1 gyros deals at $6 each, and 3 small fries. He was given 3 very LARGE drinks(not what was ordered and even asked to have that corrected) and then is told to pull off to the side because his order is taking a bit more time than the one customer behind him. Ok fine. He waits 15min only to find they didn't give him the right order. So they worker takes it back and they are reworking the order. In the meantime they give him 3 cookies, which he didn't want. When they came out the second time, the order still wasn't right and they told him to go back through, with the truck and trailer, the drive thru to re order!?!? By this time there were 7 to 8 cars waiting to put in their orders! He complied and he sat there for another 20min in line after already waiting 20min earlier for the original order and or refund. FOLKS THERE ARE ONLY SO MANY HOURS IN THE DAY TO WAIT FOR A MEAL FOR AN ENTIRE CREW OF THREE WORKERS, IN WHICH THEY ARE ON THE CLOCK AND GETTING PAID TO WAIT FOR THEIR MEALS!!! When they got their order a second time it still was not right so for 45mins of waiting he got 3 LARGE drinks again (not what he ordered) and just 3 gyros!!!?!?! (Not the 2 for 1 deal for $6 x 3), 1 large fries!?!?!?! (Not 3 small fries) and then 4 cookies (not ordered at all). They then had enough nerve to tell my husband to wait some more to get a refund for the.money he paid in the first place. After waiting another 20min he was FED UP and left without his refund of the $30+ dollars spent. THIS STORE AT THIS LOCATION IS A TOTAL F.U. Don't go there!! I only write this review because we had the manager call and apologize and said he would get us a refund or a free meal card for our next visit. GUESS WHAT? We just wanted the other 3 gyros or the difference in money taken for what was given in the order which was no way worth $30+ dollars. Maybe $12, but not $30+ dollars. Nothing has ever shown up in the mail after taking our name and address to do so in the past 3 months!!! So don't go there unless you love to wait over 45min and get the wrong order!!! You have...

We often use delivery services because of work schedules. Today, we ordered from Door Dash. When the food arrived, the driver was gone before we could check our order. 2/3 of our order was missing. In the past when I have had missing items from a delivery service , the eating establishment has offered for us to either come and get the missing items or sent our free ice cream coupons. First, whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. She told me all I had ordered was fries and a drink. I was delivered a drink, fries and sandwich. I told her what our order was. She then tells me that on Door Dash it had my entire order but THEY did not ring it all in. I live close and could have taken the short ride in the best to pick up the rest since I had paid for it. Instead of offering that, she proceeded to tell me, “Nothing I can do. We didn’t ring it in. Get a hold of DD and request a refund. Bye.” And hung up. It was clearly Arby’s fault and not DD. Warning! I swear the following to be true. I don't normally eat Arby's for the same reasons nobody eats Arby's but I felt like a classic roast beef sandwich. So I offered the family this nostalgic meal. Needless to say my children will never request Arby's and have joined the majority. We ordered online, still waited in an empty drive thru while they finished up, maybe 5 min. 5 classic roast beefs, 2 large fries and 2 chicken sandwiches for almost $40.00. All Cold buns, maybe 3 slices of roast beef per, over cooked crumbs for fries and cold cheese sause to boot. I Most likely will never do that again, I'm sorry for the bad review but people work hard for money these days and a cold, slim, bready sandwich is not worth my time or money.
