Can I give negative stars? Our chips were burnt and it took forever to get salsa refills. Numerous tables that were seated AFTER us received their food BEFORE us. At the end of our meal we were informed that their wifi was down and they were unable to print our tickets. After a THIRTY MINUTE wait, our server brought out hand written tickets. Luckily for us, they were able to run our debit cards via their dual up internet. We explained to the manager and the waitress several times that we had to be back to our work meeting at a certain time, unfortunately this did not seem urgent to them and we were 30 minutes late getting back from lunch. The management seemed very dismissive of the problem and we weren't the only ones affected. There were other tables who were simply leaving cash on the tables because they were tired of waiting. Had been a great place for dinner...however in the last year 1 manager Christen has gone over with her respect for customers this passed Friday my husband and I was there with another couple we were at the bar us 2 ladies were sitting as my husband and his boss was standing a table left so I asked if it was possible for us to get the table that left a server said yes so they cleared the table for us 4 we went on to ordering our dinner before our food was ready christen said we had to get up leave table as she had a waiting list waiting on the table mind you why say we can get the table and then have it taken....I wanted to leave but the couple was like it's ok so now we have 2 of us standing trying to eat our dinner....with the lack of respect for customers that come in at least 2 times a week spending money for the business I feel bad knowing they care so little needless to say I will no longer be a customer of Carlos O Kelly's again ...thank...

Service was good, food was good. I have always enjoyed the chain and will continue to go.

Covid restrictions of waiting outside in your car for your time to be seated.

As with all things sit down restaurant related, things like who's cooking the mood their in, how busy they are can all determine how well your food is prepared. I must admit that today was probably one of the best prepared meals I've had from here in a while. I'm not saying there food isn't usually good. Just that most times it feels more like a frozen dinner cooked up and put on a hot plate. Today felt more like restaurant fresh cooked.

I mainly like to come here for the chips and queso and the margaritas. I personally am not a fan of the sides (items I haven't enjoyed as a kid I still don't like as an adult).
