I had the most racist experience ever at this place. And because of how common people of color throw the word racist around I'm very conservative with what I consider racist. But when I went into the establishment back around December of 2023 I was dressed spiffy because I was going to the casino and I am a young dark skinned man who doesn't act stereotypical and in short the best way to describe it is when you are like this sometimes you get shunned in your own community but oddly enough sometimes people who are not a part of your community who see you not act that way also shun you for not acting stereotypical. And that basically was my experience there The (none)black guy and girl at the counter never even asked for my name when I came back to pick my pizza up the name for me said Toby like the slave off of the Roots movie. And I promised that I would never forget and that I will one day write this review the only reason I never got around to it is because later on that night I won $500 at the casino and lost the receipt on the box but I'm never going back to that location. It's unprofessional as it gets and no telling what they may have done to my food as you can see this review is already long so I'm not going to bother going into more details of how they generally were treating me for not being black enough. I had been trying to call them for an hour and a half to put an order in for later on. I was giving them plenty of time in case they were busy, and yet all they would do is answer the phone and hang up, answer the phone, and hang up each time I tried calling. So then I get there to the location and go to make an order and they tell me the wait time is going to be 45 minutes. Which would have been okay if they had answered my call in the first place while standing in line to order my pizzas they are answering the phone and hanging up on customers that is uncalled for and disrespectful in every way, and thst is not right to their customers. They need to be put out of business, and everyone needs to be fired, including the manager. After all that, they didn't take care of anything in any way to make things right. Order off the Pizza Portal. Came when it was suppose to be done. Multiple pizzas were left out of heater for greater than 15 mins and my food took an extra 20 mins. I watched as part of my order was left out for that 15 plus mins while customers that were just walk ins received their orders. I understood the wait and hoped to get fresh. What I received was cold food and rude staff members. Marissa stated I was rude when I came back in from checking my food since I was explaining it was cold and left out. She decided to cut me off and said I will just refund you and there is no need to be rude. She didn't want to hear what the issue was or anything. She did state that the refund would be on my account right away and it still is not on my account. She did not want to give me the corporate number stating that it would just go to their office anyways. So she gave the office number. Couldn't leave a message with the person that handles complains and had to leave it on the one for their marketing! Messed up all around.
