Chico's Restaurant — Restaurant in Wichita

It's a very nice restaurant with adequate seating and an inviting atmosphere.The menu offers wide variety of traditional fare, along with American dishes as well. My niece ordered the Chimichanga plate and she said it taste as delicious as it looked! I enjoyed the chicken quesadilla. It was large, filling, and came with a side of beans, guacamole and sour cream. I wasn't disappointed. If you prefer a Tex-Mex menu, then you owe it to yourself to try Chicos. I would rate it equal to Felipe's, and a tad better than Carlos O'Kelly's, El México, Tepa, and Los Coco's, which offer the same dishes in this category. The service was excellent, and the waitresses were from Mexico, which is a plus for me. It's family owned by the original founders, and has been a fixture in West Wichita as long as I remember. We have very many quality Mexican restaurants in Wichita, and I would place them in the top 10...

Worst service ever. Got seated and it took our waitress 15 minutes to come to our table and get our drinks order. At the time of the drink order we also ordered queso which ended up being the worse queso ever. We waited another 20 mins to finally get just our drinks. We then ordered our food. A table behind us got sat they ordered about 10 mins after being sat. They got their food before we did. Another 20 mins goes by we finally got our food but we had no silverware on our table. So we had to sit another 10 minutes waiting on silverware. When we finally got our silverware we then got our queso. The food was freezing cold as well as the queso. the first and last time we will be there. Half the workers looked like they were barely over 10 years old... don't waste your...

It was great i like the the family thing they got going on it was great the first time i ate there 15or more years ago its really cool thinking back at one of the first times I ate there and there was really Lil kids there and when I ate in there a couple months ago I learned the really nice good looking guy that was our Waiter well he was one of the kids that was running around in there while his family was working hard making the place that it is today I believe his father is the nephew of the lady that owns it and he was working all them years ago as a young man and now his son is about the same age as he was back then dam feeling alil old now anyway i love you guys keep...
