My family and I went to this location today and got the Dubai brownie when we got home after we ate dinner we cut the brownie up to do a content review to find out that the bottom of our brownie was jet black overcooked and I have younger kids and they still wanted to try it out because we were already at home and I was not getting back out to go back up to that location. But the brownie was not as it should’ve been. It wasn’t even brown. It was jet black. I call the store. The manager was a rush, apologetic person didn’t care about their poor delivery of the brownie if I didn’t have the item to bring back up there. She wasn’t going to even try to replace it because I did tell her that my kids did end up eating it, but I have video and picture of it that it’s jet black and she said that it can appear to be that color due to the ingredients. I’m very displeased with Crumbl cookie on today and their lack of customer service and concern about the product that they gave out today to me and my family. I have never had an issue with Crumbl cookie until today 8/19/25 and they have left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t...
Read moreThis is honestly a pretty fun place to get your cookies from. They change them weekly and have a wide variety of flavors! Now I will say, you're bound to have some misses due to the sheer variety of flavors, but when they're the perfect cookie flavor for you, it's AMAZING (example, my family wasn't a huge fan of the Shortbread Ft. Twix cookie, but we ADORED the Brownie Sundae cookie)! There is much more hits than misses though, do not worry. Now this is more of a franchise thing, and NOT specific to this store alone, but most of their cookies are somewhat under baked to get that gooey center on purpose (different from actually being raw) so just a heads up for those who only love super crispy cookies, you're going to have a hard time finding that at this place.
Now more location-specific, this place is always so clean, welcoming, and fast! They keep things very consistent...
Read moreCookies are 600-700 cal+
I don’t have any problem at all with an occasional indulgence, I don’t really even find it offensive that they make a cookie that’s at or around 650 calories. In the app, on the website, wherever I can find calorie counts the cookies are listed as between 100-110 calories* with an asterisk note containing the caveat “*Per Serving”. You gotta go digging to find the actual per-cookie calorie count, where you see that cookies are divided in to between 5.5-7 servings, whatever amount they need to hit that 100 calorie label. These are big cookies, but I guarantee nobody is cutting them in to 6 sections before divvying them out. Crumbl knows that. People may disagree about if this is “dishonest”, but concealing truth this way is at the very least “sneaky” and “misleading”. Tell your friends before they go buy two dozen for their kids’...
