The order arrived with uncooked cheesy bread and extremely doughy, wet wings that were suppose to be buffalo hot wings but were not then I was told that the wings would be double fried in order to make them hard, the cheese was all piled in the middle and entire experience was ridiculous.
I called to complain and requested a refund for the entire order. I was told that I could either have the order resent out in an order (hello I just ordered this) or I could accept a 20.00 credit onto my Dominos account, I accepted the 20.00 credit and called Pizza Hut and had Pizza Hut!
When I spoke to the GM Melissa she was unapologetic and actually she told "What do you want, free food for life?" At this point I was heated and im arguing over a 20.00 credit, then she proceeds to say Oh and that employee has been fired for complaints anyway.... So she admitted to firing an employee but you wont credit my account as the employee promised, hmmm I think Melissa should be fired not the employee.
This ridiculous situation escalated and I contacted Dominos Corporate and Jamie Poulsen, owner of the Dominos locations in Wichita, KS.
Beware! I mean we are talking about a $35 order, really? I Guess with a crappy products and services like this that must be a lot of money.....Melissa the GM clearly does not care about customers, her reputation with the Dominos, BBB or Yelp.. I'd really hate to think abut how sanitary things are kept over there! Scary! Glad I know now, I will never order again and will warn all who will listen!
LETTER I WROTE TO THE OWNER:
Hello Jamie, I am having an issue with your store on N Woodlawn in Wichita Kansas with GM Melissa. I recently ordered a $35 order on last Thursday which was made improperly an the store on N Woodlawn promised me a 20.00 credit for my inconvenience but now Melissa the Manager is not delivering on the commitment. I have dealt with this store before and her attitude is horrific, she went as far as asking me "What do you want FREE FOOD for life?" I felt extremely disrespected. I would like something done...
Read moreThese people are much better than the hillside dominos. They actually care and answer the phone. I wish I could drive, I would only go to this one. As I said on the phone I am still available for adoption for delivery! I tip well and am very understanding of typical issues that happen! I just want a place that won't keep messing up my food, refusing to answer the phone, and cursing at customers. I don't think that's too much to ask when one item here comes out to like $15 for delivery. A pizza is going to be $30 minimum. Drivers make good money too. I used to be a manager for a dominos. I don't think it's too much to expect them to do their job. I called this store when Hillside closed FOUR HOURS early and voided my free pizza reward. They said it's a frequent issue with that store and they will never answer their phones. I appreciated her help and her empathy for the situation. I hope I can find a way to get this store to...
Read moreDo not order from this store. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sandwiches. I was the first time we order from Domino's in probably 10 years. Figured what the hell, it has to be better than it used to be. Lol, i was wrong. One of my pizzas was delivered and was completely wrong. Wrong to the point that no one in my house would eat it. Called the store to report the incorrect order and was told the system was down and there was nothing they could do. This is completely unacceptable, I don't want credit. I don't want anything free. I don't want to store credit. We ordered what we needed to feed the household. Guess we will order pizza from somewhere else to finish feeding our household. My mistake, it will not happen again and I will tell anyone who will listen to avoid this place...
