Fazoli's — Restaurant in Wichita

I went here a year or so ago and it was great, but one night I got incredibly awful food poisoning from here. I wish I was exaggerating when I say I threw up 23 times…. Well I decided to re-give it a try and last night was disappointing to say the least, first we walk in the cashier gives us a dirty look then when I hand him a coupon he doesn’t look at it he just scans it. He asked what we wanted I told him what’s on the coupon please and then he stared at me like I spoke in a different language or like I was stupid. The food didn’t take long which was great but Ethan (our waiter) was creepy. Ethan say and smiled at me and only me when asking about the food, but when looking at my boyfriend he just looked like he couldn’t care less. The food was just the cherry on top, I’m pretty sure he didn’t put the coupon on because the meal that cost 4.99 on the coupon was still 10 dollars. The fettuccine was undercooked and the sauce was watery, the spaghetti was just noodles and sauce no tomato or parsley nothing… the lasagna was cold and looked straight out of a personal pan frozen lasagna, do I expect 5/5 stars god tier food? No but I expect something at least nice and enjoyable. I will probably be back to try again but...

Not a great experience at all! The person barely cleaned the table Someone used before we set down. I thought they would take extra precautions in cleaning but I was wrong. The place was kinda a mess not to mention the first place we could set water was dripping from the ceiling.... the piping above had been covered in some kind of tape to try and prevent water but it wasn’t helping at all! Why would you have that area of seats open if people and food are gonna get water or whatever is dripping on them! That should of been enough to make me leave but we stayed. The meal was not good but it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. The breadsticks used to be our favorite but they were absolutely tasteless... no garlic flavor what so ever seriously just plain breadsticks! We each maybe ate one and the kids did not eat their pasta that was barely cooked! I did not complain to management as I was not in the mood and utterly disappointed at the whole deal! Think they need to rethink the whole cleaning process of their establishment! I’ve seen much better in town and definitely will not recommend this location or even...

We had a fantastic experience here. The food is delicious...it's surprising to me from other fazoli's I've been to but this is probably the best pasta in town. The staff is friendly. The desserts were sooo good! I will definitely be back thank you guys. We ordered lasagna and the chicken penne with Parm broccoli- my pasta was so so good. Pasta, slice of pizza, and a drink for about $14. Great prices. The lasagna was good, my partner very much enjoyed it, I'm not a big fan of lasagna that isn't homemade. It wasn't anything special. My chicken penne pasta was too good. It just depends on your preferences. Their tomato sauces are good! I wish they switched the bread stick dipping marinara with the pizza sauce, the pizza sauce has some sweetness to it and the marinara does not. We were told to try the meat balls there so next time I will get some. Overall everything...
