This was a horrible experience! I went threw the drive threw and ordered my food but made sure to ask 3 times about the specif request simply if "no lettuce" got to the window and was checking my order when I was rudley asked to pull forward while doing that because I was running up there drive time. I went ahead and pulled off to only have to turn back around because it was not correct. Plus when I asked to speak to a manager the person who came to the window was the person who was actually rude to me in the first place about running up his drive time but I could tell that he was now annoyed and said he would have it remade but they can't and won't do any refunds. When he brought it back to me he said, "I went ahead and made this myself so I know it's done right" and why in the world I trusted that I have no clue because when I got down the road and took a bite of my food to only quickly realize that there was lettuce in it but it also tasted and smelled as if the meat was spoiled. I called instead of turning around again and I had to call 11 times in a row before someone finally answered and then to be put on hold for a very long time to be able to speak with "the manager" to be told how sorry he was but they don't do refunds but he would be glad to put my name on the list of getting another meal when ever I came BK threw and the next time I went bk threw there I just wanted to see if it was a different person or if they still served spoiled food or just I guess curious but at that point I was told by an employee that they do not have a list that a person's name is out in and how she had no idea what I was even talking about! Read moreI used to like going to this Taco Bell. Now, the service is terrible! The drive thru is absolutely abysmal! I haven't been able to make it thru the drive thru the last 3 times I have been there. I end up having to leave due to the wait. The last time, we waited almost 15 minutes & the line never moved. So I can't even get a receipt for me to call & give feedback. I just know they need to get it together. The menu where you order used to be farther back. Now it is right up by the side of the building near the first drive thru window. The problem this causes is a back up of cars 3 to 5 deep just to wait to order. With most drive thrus, there is an option to be able to get out of line. There isn't here. You are entirely unable to get out safely if you are one of those 3 to 5 cars waiting. You are effectively STUCK in the drive thru & at the mercy of their pace. You may be waiting 15 to 30 minutes plus if there is a line. I am not sure why they are so epically slow? In terms of "fast food", this makes this particular Taco Bell a horrible option for workers with a short lunch period. You are not going to find it here, unless no one is in line. Most people who are at the end of the line where you can still get out end up leaving rather than waiting. You normally have a lot of angry & frustrated people in the drive thru line. However, upon returning home, I discovered that my entire order was incorrect—I had been given someone else's food. Regrettably, none of the items were suitable for consumption by anyone at my residence. Despite my attempts to contact the restaurant via phone and through the app, I have yet to receive a response.
As a loyal customer who regularly spends over $100 per week at this establishment, I am deeply disappointed. It is clear from my transaction history on the app the level of customization we consistently request. This experience has led me to the firm decision that I will never patronize Taco Bell again, and neither will my family.
It is disheartening that the restaurant frequently fails to accurately prepare my orders, often neglecting to include requested toppings or making necessary modifications.
