Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wichita

UPDATE I failed to mention one of the reasons this location is my one of my favorites is that they oil? Or butter? The pan liberally it gives the bottom.of the pizza a light crisp too it. I like the crisp but it also seems to keep it from being soggy. I live on these pizza's. This location one on south Broadway & S. Seneca are 3 best ones....cheese are on point pizza not over cooked. Now E. Harry 2 thumbs down! Last night guy at register couldn't hear customers order and vise versa cause radio was so dam loud... Never any cheese towards outer edges b4 the crust. And they either turned ovens up or slowed the drive on them cause bottom and crust aren't soft more hard and crunchy. .. I've noticed at other locations they either oil the dough or pans themselves cause theyres a golden crust on bottom of every slice. I dont like the debit card reader asking if I should give the guy at register a tip.... just...

!.!.! DON'T DO IT !.!.! So im a big fan of little Ceasars, and I loved the lunch box for $5 they offered in the past. This was my go-to in college a few years ago. I have recently moved and this is the closest location to me and its one of the lowest quality little Ceasars I've been to!

Don't even think about getting a "hot N ready" they're hot and two hours old. Dark red/brown sauce. (I worked at old Chicago for 5 years as a line cook during college) so I know what a old pizza looks and tastes like.

Lastly it baffles me how consistent they are at putting this old and nasty pizza out. Ive been here 6 times on different occasions and have only had maybe 2 experiences where the pizza was great.

This is not to bash on this location but to bring this to your attention before you spend your hard earned money here. I believe the owner needs to reevaluated management at...

Poor customer service!!! I called in to place two orders of wings, the person on the other side, seems was not interested to take my order. Then I stopped by to place the order, without thinking, the cashier assumed I wanted 2pcs of wings (do you guys sell wings by piece?). He said 10 minutes and the order will be ready. I stood there so that they don't mess/ruin with my order. 5 people working, and all were chit-chatting but no one wanted to answer the phone calls. First phone call was ignored , and second was answered after 30 seconds,. After the call was answered, the order was placed in 10 seconds, which clearly means, the person answered my phone call was messing or not interested to take orders. All this happened between 8:45pm to 9:15pm I wont be visiting this place, until they know how to respect and respond...
