Magnolia Sweet Shoppe — Restaurant in Wichita

This week I had the pleasure in trying out this family ran bake goods shop and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. I came on Wednesday and was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. I ordered 1 chocolate peanut butter cupcake, 1 strawberry crunch cupcake, and 1 cream cheese danish…delicious! I went back up to the counter to ask them if they sold cupcakes by the dozen and was delighted to hear the answer yes! My sons birthday was the next day and I wanted to get 1 dozen cupcakes. Now, mind you I was prepared to get whatever they had on hand seeing that this was a same day request but they require I believe a 4 days notice. But, this couple showed me so much grace and allowed me to place my dozen cupcake order for pickup the next day. My family was overly impressed with the taste, moistness, and presentation of the cupcakes… our son was pleased! I have also tried their pineapple lemonade and mango lemonade..refreshing they are! They also mentioned to me they serve homemade cinnamon rolls on Saturday and ONLY on Saturday. I look forward to taking the family out and trying those next!!!

I found this wonderful Shop by accident one day and they were closed (it was Monday).. but then I came back and I have been going back weekly. Everything i have had is delicious. And let me tell you I have tried the cookies, cupcakes, pumpkin mini loaf, pumpkin cheese danish. Oh pumpkin anything. Their cinnamon rolls (side note only available on Saturday and they usually sell out)! That is just the baked goods. Their drinks are amazing. From the coffees, to the real lemonades. Bombtastic. Magnolia Sweet Shoppe is THE place to go when you want excellent cookies, cakes, pastries etc... We have been customers for 5 or 6 years now, and order all of our birthdays sweets through them.
