In relation to SMART Start services, I was on a limited time window to go in and get a calibration done. When I first had the unit installed, they stated and listed out that they were available from 0830am to 1130am on Friday's to complete this short task. I arrived at 1110am and went to check in, but the front desk informed me that the technician had already left for lunch. This location does not offer any times to perform calibration outside of a normal M-F workhour and none on the weekends either, so this was very frustrating as from 1100-1130 was my only available time that day within their stated schedule. If their staff is not available during their specified times, then they need to change their schedule, or stick to it precisely as stated. I wasted 40 minutes (20 to, 20 back) to be told to wait til after the lunch hour was completed, which I do not have time for. They also did not provide the initial schedule of when they do the calibrations when I first had the unit installed. I showed up during the last hour of their business on the first calibration, and they stated they stopped doing them at 3:30pm. Read moreIn response to Kaisha Berks review, first clarification is that she is a Smart Start client. We have a policy where you check in at the front counter first. She pulled to the back of the parking lot to get her monthly service and called instead. The nice lady with the brown hair advised that there is a sign on our back door to check in at the front counter first. Kaisha replied that the door was open. She didn't see any sign. She comes here every month and the door is usually closed. So this "old lady" went back to take care of her and advised that she needed to check in at the front because no one monitored the back door to know when clients arrived. Also, if you pay in cash, you have to pay first. She was too lazy to follow procedure and acted like she deserved preferential treatment. We have over 300 smart start clients. Read moreThey got me into the shop fast and early in the morning which was great. I needed a new double din stereo installed. I already went ahead and took the old radio out and had the dashboard taken apart. They took too long in my opinion. Almost 3hrs. The stereo was not working as it should. I couldn't access my setting or any other features, due to manufacturers safety. I had ordered a bypass module to get around that. They said they didn't know what else to do. "I don't normally work on that brand of stereo" was his excuse, and told me to figure it out myself. He also said that I ordered the wrong product. I ordered specifically for my vehicle and stereo.
