I placed a mobile order on halloween on my way home. The line was moving slow, but I decided to wait. I approached the speaker and the lady taking orders said they can only take cash orders right now. I told her I had placed a mobile order from my phone. She said they don't have a way to pull it up. I told her that I already ordered and paid for it. She said I would have to cancel it. I didn't see an option to "cancel" my order, there was only an option to "reorder." I told her this and she simply repeated that they couldn't make my order. I told her I already paid for it and I could show them the receipt with what I ordered or my bank transaction. She said to let her talk to her manager. She came back and said to go to the window and they would fulfill my order. I waited in line for 20-30 minutes before I got to the window. I'm assuming it was because they were working on orders as people were placing them at the window. I told her my order and showed her my phone. I also asked for a side of Mac sauce. She said okay, we will get it for you. A moment later she brought me a bag. I asked her if there was mac sauce in there and she said yes. I went home and opened my bag, pulled the burgers out and unwrapped them. They were both just meat and cheese, no toppings, no condiments.. just meat and cheese. I look in the bag for the Mac sauce. It was just an empty cup, not even a lid. This is not just a simple "I forgot." Nothing on the burgers, nothing in the cup. This was done intentionally.

Read moreI get breakfast thru the drive thru quite often at this location. Most of the time the employees do a great job and are very pleasant. Unfortunately my visit on 8/12/24 they forgot to put the hash brown to my order in the bag. After I arrived at my job and realized their mistake I called them immediately. The girl I spoke to was extremely apologetic and offered to replace the whole meal. I told her I appreciate that but she didn’t have to do that but she insisted so I told her I would be back on 8/13/24. When I arrived on 8/13/24 the guy at the window got a female so I explained to her what had happened, she was very rude and made it sound like I was just trying to get something for nothing. She said they would usually just replace the missing hash brown not offer a whole meal and they had nothing on their file showing I had called or an error so they wouldn’t do anything. Needless to say it was just a hash brown I paid for and didn’t get no big deal but when you have a rude person making you feel like you’re the one wrong it chases your customers away. This lady claimed to be the general manager so if she is she definitely needs to go back to customer service class 101. Way to many other McDonalds around to deal with a General manager that doesn’t know how to treat the customers that pay her wages. So I told my other 1/2 what happened and he said he was there last week and they didn’t put his egg on his McMuffin then foolishly he went back today and they shorted him 2 hash browns but had his bag hanging out the 2nd window before he finished paying at the 1st window. Read moreI am the type of person who will go out of my way to call a manager to let them know their employee was amazing however I feel the same should be done when they don’t. So here it is. I ordered a large turtle iced macchiato with light ice instead I get something that looks like milk and tan milk. I told the lady that what she had given me was not a turtle macchiato and Ashe just looked at me didn’t offer to fix it and didn’t apologize for the mistake. So I finally said it’s ok just give me my money back and I will go to a different McDonald’s to get one. She said let me get my manager. Then no manager just the lady with my money and she didn’t say anything. I figured she didn’t have trading very well so I showed her what the turtle macchiato was suppose to look like. Still nothing the manager even looked in when she saw me showing her. Still didn’t say anything. Point of this next time there is a screw up apologize for it offer to fix the issue then apologize again when u bring me the drink u fixed. If ur a manager make it a point to come talk to me at least to offer to fix it if u let every unhappy customer go and just give them their money back that’s money lost and an unhappy customer. Because what k did was go to the next McDonald’s to get my drink. I don’t think that I will return to this McDonald’s again for the unproffessional workers.
