Absolutely horrible customer service. My daughter changed her mind on the drink she wanted and then drive up lady acted like she had an issue went yo the back where the food was being made and came back laughing. I quickly asked for a refund and I was told the manager who was not there had to be called. The young lady came out to my car and said "My manager said that she was not coming in and if you want your money you have to come back tomorrow". Well news flash I don't live anywhere near here and I will not becoming back tomorrow I need my money today. I attempted to call Burger King heads quarters was told if the manager said you alcan get a refund tomorrow that is what it will be. O asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied several times. The young lady said they were on a call I could get a call back however I declined and said I would wait. I was told the information was not going to change but I opted to hold. I was but on mute for a very long time this call is at 30 minutes and I am still holding as I am typing this review. I knew I should not have came here because the service and food my last interactions has not been good. I am officially over the whopper the only reason I come here. Read moreWe purchase the impossible products from burger king as we don't eat beef. There's been at least three times I ordered them on the app only to show up and have them tell us they DIDN'T HAVE ANY. Then they couldn't refund my money either...I had to call some number to get a refund. They refunded me within minutes but it was weird that the store couldn't do that directly.
Another time we ordered online and their ice cream machine was broken or being cleaned or something so they had to substitute a pie.
The last time we went we ordered through the app, which works just fine at other locations. We pulled up and they told us to hang on a minute, they kept telling us this for like ten minutes. Then we told them we had a mobile order so they said to pull up to the window. We did and proceeded to wait ANOTHER TWENTY MINUTES. At first the guy couldn't find our order, then once he finally did we had to wait that long idk why. He said they had just been swamped but there wasn't a single car in that parking lot.... Also the guy running the drive through looked dirty with long hair that was messy and loose looking.

Read moreSo I pull up and It sounds like someone is playing at making the speaker cut in and out... like, pretending it was broke but I was there the night before and it was fine. A kid flies around me without even trying the intercom, pulls up to the window, gets food, doesnt pay. I guess they have takeout or a loss prevention issue at this location. Good to know. I pull up, money in hand, cant even order because the kid at the window runs his hands thru his short hair and says his "systems are down". Now id heard the same dude say this exact stuff about three times before and I get that this actually happens. But i've only frequented this location about a month and it only seems to happen at night... And besides that the place was doing food giveaways seconds earlier. So I knew something was up and asked for the name and number of the manager. The kid again ran his fingers through his short brown hair and stated that he was the manager. I said "really; can I have your bosses number?" Kid runs his hands through his hair and says he doesnt have it. So when you (Manager at the location) are looking to clean house, look for the guy that keepa running his fingers through his hair as he makes excuses....
