McDonald's — Restaurant in Wichita

Complete chaos. Ordered in the drive thru. When I got to the window I paid, was handed my drink and told to pull forward into #1, a parking stall designated for drive thru customers waiting on their order. Only catch is that you cannot see the stalls until after you pull all the way forward as they are around the building. They only have 2 and they were both full so we stopped where we were to wait. The cars behind us were piling up and there was no way for anybody to get around anyone else. After waiting for quite a while a woman came out with 2 orders (neither were ours) she immediately came up to our car irritated as she didn't want us waiting in line for our order holding up their drive thru. We tried asking where we were supposed to pull forward to or how anyone would know who's orders were who's and she just kept yelling at us in Spanish. She could not understand us and we could not understand her. It was a mess. We decided to just go around and park and go inside for our order and the 2 cars behind did the same thing. Everyone was upset because it made no sense and nobody was getting their orders when we'd all been waiting a ridiculous amount of time. They needed to stop taking orders and handle the ones who'd already been taken and paid for.

Management definitely needs to address...

Feeding people literal trash!!!

I hate this restaurant chain and refuse to eat here myself but my 2 children are able to stomach this garbage. I won’t eat here considering everything on their menu literally is either injected with liquid sodium or liquid sugar and then dehydrated as this apple pie was and everything is simply a quick fix with no health benefit whatsoever. Elizabeth the manager on duty I spoke with when I finally arrived home, replied that she would only replace the items as long as I drove across town within 24 hours and as I live on the south end and simply stopped here to appease my children as a quick fix before stopping at the pharmacy and going home and I’m not scheduled to drive across town til Monday that doesn’t fit into my schedule for me. I explained to her that the young man at the window tried to have me park and wait for fresh apple pies with the knowledge I was willing to wait because of my extra errand and upper management which was probably Elizabeth herself made this executive decision. After handling the dirtiest thing known to man (or woman), the guy that took order, and ran cash register, went right to the food prep area, and started working with fries. No washing of hands. Then to drive thru, then back to fries. I told them that was unacceptable, and demanded a refund. Then, offered a possible second chance. I explained how dirty money is, and offered gal if she eats those potentially nasty fries, then they could redo my order. She refused. Isn't there still an old saying: Do unto others, as they would do unto you? Obviously doesn't apply here. I will not return here. When they get paychecks for 0 dollars and 0 cents, is there any chance they'll even know what happened? Write off right thing to do. They'll probably just sue. Or join the homeless. Or street beggars. Then blaming their problems on reasons that are like fighting wars, that DO NOT exist, or imaginary wars, where victory, or defeat, was declared long ago.
