I come in and let the greeter know that I’m just wanting to look at jewelry for a piercing that I already have, he told me that it’s going to be a lil wait, alright figures, took about 30 minutes just to wait to look at the jewelry options, and the greeter was nice to ask the people waiting in the couch to scoot forward so there’s more space to sit. from how the piercer greeted me I don’t think he knew I just wanted to look at jewelry, the greeter came in the room when I first got in for no reason while I was talking with Justin and then Justin asked him how many “actual” piercings are waiting in line and that after 5pm to let 2 more piercings in, I mean I get it but I am a client and I would just like a proper customer service. I explained the type of jewelry I was looking for and Justin didn’t carry it which is understandable for what I was looking for. he said he’ll be happy to help me order one but this was just a spontaneous visit. Current review: 2 yrs later and will still recommend this place! This time took my daughter in for her first tattoo and it was another great experience. PeeWee worked with my daughter prior to the appointment to make sure she was 100% happy with any changes he needed to do to her original drawing. And the end result turned out amazing! Place is clean and well maintained, and everyone we dealt with was super friendly! And prices are fair. You won't be disappointed!
