Starbucks — Restaurant in Wichita

I've never really had a great experience here. One time a employee was doing dishes, didn't see people in line, ignores me when I said "excuse me" because she had two airpods in. When she finally saw us she rolled her eyes and finished doing a few dishes before taking orders. Another time I didn't get taken care of for maybe 5 minutes while the employees all chatted and joked and talked and ignored me, not doing anything. This has happened atleast twice. Another time I simply asked if I could grab my receipt, because I needed it. And the person at the counter sighed, snatched it and practically tossed it down on the counter to me. Not happy with...

I ordered one of their newest beverages. It took them 25 minutes to make my drink and hand it to me. After I ordered he started making drinks for people who had called in and when he was done with that he told me he needed to go out back to get more supplies. So I had to wait a long time. I got no discount on my beverage or anyting and it wasn't good enough to justify such a long wait. I think they need to get their act together especially when they're going to charge you such...

This Starbucks is a good one; much like all of them. You'll get good friendly service and I think all of what they offer is decent. My, perhaps, only complaint is: prices. That explains my 4 Star rating. If, Starbucks, would just drop their prices so that those on a shoestring budget could afford them I personally believe that would be so-oooo much better....
