New order system is horrible. They are standing there and won’t talk to you, you have to use a touch screen that doesn’t get you all the options. Menu is not structured well in the touch screen system. I started asking if I could edit stuff, she looks at me and states, “you have to use the screen”…. But then I start taking to her her as she is making it for more/less for toppings and she basically then asks me each item as though we were ordering the old way…. So…. You just wasted 5 min of my time trying to figure out that “wrap” doesn’t have a section… it’s under Sandwiches and then you can select wrap….
The whole point of walking into Subway and ordering a sandwich is the ability to sit there and custom make a sandwich.
To be fair, I do not know how long subway has had this touchscreen in place here at this location because I haven’t been here in probably 6 to 9 months… it will probably be that long or longer before I am back.

Read more1st of all glad there is lobby seating again. Now for the other stuff.... It has been awhile since I visited this location. When I walked in, there was no one in line in front of me. I was approaching the area to tell them what I wanted and the employee pointed to the self serve kiosk. I have not used one for Subway before and it took me 4 attempts to get entered what I wanted. By the time I entered my data (with assistance from the clerk) I was frustrated. Then when I received my sandwich I don't think I received my extra meat that I paid for. So frustrated, I just ate it and left! Moral to this story is that if they would have taken my order "the old way" it would have been 3 times quicker and more customer friendly! Not a pleasent experience. If I was given the choice to use the kiosk or a clerk like other restraints then I would be ok with it but being FORCED to use the kiosk was very disappointing. Read moreIf you are only concerned with drive thru than please close the restaurant side. I went in and had an awful experience. We came in and it was horrible. We were glared at for coming in and then when we started ordering I was separated from my friend who was going to check out with me for the sake of drive thru. Mine was pushed aside several times for drivethru. They ignored me and my friend trying to speak up and than they didn't want to chop the chopped salad. And said that it is now our job to chop it. And then they dismissed my friend mid word for some friend who came up. They were rude until we canceled our order and left. They also were stumbling over each other like they had never been trained.
