Worst fast food service I've EVER experienced in my life. I ordered online through the mobile app on 05/14/2021, which also was a nightmare because it wouldn't let me place the order. I've ordered on the app before, but NEVER had an issue from ordering at the location on West st. But I had to order from 21st because they are the only location open till 1AM. Upon arrival we told the employee there the issue we had and he said the items we ordered had to be specifically order through the app so there was nothing he could do, ok no big deal right?, so the employee was asked how to resolve the issue and he rudely said, "I don't know, I don't run the app" so I got out of line and it took me 30+ minutes to fix the problem. Turns out Taco Bell doesn't let you know items aren't available at certain locations if you have them in a combo meal. Anyway I headed back to the drive thru after I had it all figure out. My order was placed, everything was paid for, it said it was received and to just mention my name at the drive through, so I'm thinking everything should be good now right? WRONG! As soon as I pull up the same employee tells me they closed early because they're short staffed -__- I told him I already placed the order, I had the order number, the right location (I even triple checked), and both emails showing my order was received and another showing if collected from my bank account. He claims he looked through the system and my name didn't show up so he was not going to fulfill the order. $30+ now on hold and 30+ mins of my time WASTED. Now I have to wait up to 7 days for a refund. In my opinion they shouldn't have completely processed my card until they checked me in like other establishments. Already in the process of speaking to corporate. I feel like this all could have been prevented if the employee knew how to communicate better and was more knowledgeable with the company he represents. Read moreThis taco bell is the worst one in Wichita. Employees are rude and crass, waiting times are awful, management doesn't care about how their employees treat customers, overall the worst taco bell in the entire state.
On average you will spend about 20 minutes waiting in line, and the dumb employees don't even know how to apologize for the wait, nor do they know how to be polite and say "have a nice day". When you go inside none of them are wearing hair nets, as is required by health codes. I've found many a hair in my food.
Unfortunately the only good workers that I've ever encountered at this store have left and moved to other enterprises. A very nepotismal atmosphere, all the girls know eachother and like to talk about the customers behind their backs, or in front of their faces in my case.
The other day I ordered a crunchwrap supreme, and she handed me a burrito. When I said it wasn't what I ordered she argued with me for about three minutes before she took it back and exchanged it for what I had originally ordered - and when she handed me my original order she practically threw it at me in a fit, didn't even apologize, didn't say have a nice day...
And when I called a few minutes ago about how upset I was with their lousy service I get hung up on. I'm not going to be eating here any longer for fear that they will spit in my food. They've done it to me before - one girl who no longer works there spit in my drink in front of my face, I demanded a new one and she was noncompliant. When I go inside to complain to the manager, he/or she is very busy and can't be bothered to come out of their office. Angered, I walked out and immediately called corporate to complain about the situation, prompting the firing of the girl two weeks later.
I do NOT recommend this establishment unless you want to wait for 15-20 minutes in line, or have your food contaminated.

Read moreThe manager at this location and one of the staff members are out of control. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 beef grilled cheese burritos for my daughter. While i was there I also let them know that my name was taken down for a previous order that was messed up a week ago and they agreed to refund me. I got the food and my refund then returned home. My daughter tells me 5 minutes later that her burritos didnt have any meat. We go back up there and the manager Andrea or something simliar to that told me the burrito had meat in it b/c she made it. I explained to her why would i lie about something so simple when its my daughters food. I didnt have the food with me b/c i never expected it to be a big deal to just remake the food. So i go ALL the way home and come back inside to show her theres no meat in the burrito. She proceeds to tell me i mustve taken the meat out or got it from somewhere else b/c she put steak in the burritos. Mind you we didnt order steak we ordered beef. At this point im irritated & upset b/c shes refusing to remake the food or refund me. She told me i was just up there for a refund, insinuating that im trying to scam them for more money or food when the refund i received had absolutely nothing to do with this order. So now shes turning the conversation into why im upset instead of her acknowledging that they made a mistake. Another older staff member decided to put his self in it and told me im not a paying customer and also started yelling at me telling me i need to leave. When i proceeded to ask what everybodys name was, the male employee told me it was none of my business. So b/c i refused to leave without the food being remade or my money back, the manager calls the police to have me trespassed. I will be taking this up with corporate and seeking...
