Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Wildwood

This location is a complete joke. I would leave zero stars if I could. I arrived to pick my order up and the email said it was ready only for them to say "five more minutes". Ok... So I check the email to make sure I read it correctly and it says, 'order has been picked up, enjoy!' Makes it seem as if the pizza was given away to another customer. Understandably, mistakes and accidents happen. However, nobody was willing to own up to that, let alone make it right. After waiting said 5 minutes they told me it would be an additional 6 minutes. All the while groceries are melting in the car, and kids are growing impatient. Finally, 20 minutes after it was reported ready for pickup, I was leaving with a freshly prepared pizza, and the remainder of my order which had sat there growing cold the duration of my wait. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. And don't tip ahead while placing an online order, they don't care about...

I came in with my family from out of town to have them experience St. Louis-style pizza, but I made the mistake of choosing the Wildwood location. We came in at about 7:55PM and immediately felt like we weren't welcome there. Workers were sitting in the booths and it looked slow so my husband asked them if the dining was closed. A worker told us they usually close up dining at 8:30. From then on we felt like a huge inconvenience to the staff. We ordered toasted ravioli and the girl that was asked to make them visibly rolled her eyes and looked annoyed. I have never felt like such a bother to an establishment which I gave $70 to. I online ordered a chicken ceasar salad with extra as it also stated on my receipt. When I arrived at the location I parked in front of the door because I was going to be running in and out. I walked in, picked up my order and walked right out to my car to check it. I notice I did not have extra chicken, fork, or any dressing at all. I called inside to inform them and she told me that they where closed and theres nothing they can basically do, I asked her can she at least bring me a fork and dressing to the door because I am on lunch break and I don't have no other way of getting the items and get back to work in time before my breaks over, she stated no she cant stating legally she cant.
