I always order with dominos. I ordered 6 pizzas as part of the pizza rewards program and was not given the free pizza. I called the wilkes barre pa store & explained to them what happened. They told me the rewards program is a corporate program and they cannot honor the free pizza. They said that in there system it looks like 2 orders were placed on the same day (which wouldnt qualify me for any points) but thats absurd. My app shows the orders were placed on different days. They offered me a $5 credit, which I declined because thats just making spend more money when I’m already owed a free pizza. The store manager (I’m assuming) gets on the phone audibly frustrated saying she will not honor the free pizza and is now taking off the credit (which I could again care less about because why would I spend more money when you owe me a pizza) & “I can just pay full price”. She didnt care and insisted that her franchise doesnt owe me a pizza. I asked for her name, she declined. I asked for the store number which she sarcastically gave me the phone number to the store instead of the location & then hung up on me. I’m writing this review because that was HORRIBLE customer service & IM REPORTING TO CORPORATE. Read moreFirst let me begin by saying that i am Hispanic , I am visiting Pennsylvania with my husband and child from Texas. I am also a private school teacher. So you can say I have a lot of patience and tolerance. Now one thing I don't tolerate is discrimination. I called this place and the guy that answered was so rude as soon as he heard my lisp. He was hollering at me in a very aggressive way. My money is worth the same as anybody elses. With the attitude the person that answered the phone at 9:10pm june 1st of 2018 I can tell why there working at dominos and why I'm not. So I simply started to give him the delivery address and he just changed the call to someone else. That was also very rude now please if you're Hispanic do not order from this place or you will be found with the unpleasant situation that I was at. I do understand some people love to work and some people want to get paid just by sitting on they're ass the whole day. Maybe the owners of this dominos need to train they're staff in customer...
Read moreLast order was wrong. I ordered pepperoni and onions on the whole pizza but it was only on half (pepperoni on one half, onions on the other). Very disappointing. I ordered online so there's no way they should have made that mistake, other than just not paying attention to what they were doing. 7/8/20 update--last night's order was missing the dipping sauce. How about some quality control manager? June 2022 update: I have continued to have inconsistent experiences with this location. Once I received a completely wrong order, though the person I spoke to did send someone out with replacement pizzas. This week again I paid for dipping sauce and did not get it. I cannot sit at the window and open each box to see if I get what I paid for, and not one of the boxes had a label so I could at least see if they matched...
