I visited your store McDonald's Restaurant #8128 1620 Richmond Road Williamsburg, VA 23185. I ordered 5 $3 bundle deals and the employee which Jordan who was you Manager on duty at the time stated he could not give out her name. I didn't see her name tag but she was not at the window when i got out the car. The employee told me the total was $20.48 so I asked her for a receipt. She states i can't get one from her i have to get it from the next window. I ask the other employee who's at the 2nd window can I have a receipt i believe I was rang up with an incorrect amount. Jordan comes over and asks what seems to be the issue. I say I was charged over $20 for 5 $3 bundles I said is that $5 worth of tax. He says yes that's about right can you pull into a parking spot. So I say ok please bring the receipt with the food. Jordan doesn't come out another employee comes out with the food i ask can i have my receipt. I wait in the car for the receipt finally Jordan comes out with a receipt and states you were charged right. I say how much he show me a receipt for $16.65. I say i gave her $21 she gave me back 52 cents. He states she owes you around $5 I'm going to go count her drawer. I wait because now I know the family is hungry but I'm like hopefully this can get resolved and we can go about our night. I finally get out the car go in restaurant Jordan is coming back to front counter as I walk thru the door. I say was is everything ok now he states i counted her drawer and its not short. So i say is there a camera can you run it back he says there is a camera but I can't run it back you have to talk to my manager Karen. I say is she available he says no she left doe the day. I ask for corporate number and emails. I go to my car because I forgot my phone he comes back out with receipt. I ask for his name and email he states he only has a personal email not a McDonald's email. He also states he doesn't have corporates number but he gives me the store number with Karen's name. Please check the tape because this isn't fair to any customer to expect service when they been to an establishment all of their life and to be shorted. I never had this type of issue with this establishment and I traveled the US to many and I even received attitudes before which is understandable but to spend money and be shorted. Read moreWhat a disappointment. Stopped Monday morning to get food to go and was under a tight time line. The drive-thru line was long so I went inside. My shoes stuck to the floor as I approached kiosk and entered my order. Put my order in and began waiting. The woman were "working" the drive-thru/front area and couldn't have been more concerned with...well...anything (besides showing each other videos on the phone, going out to their car, looking for hair ties and asking silly questions into Siri). One gentleman was working and I guess he was responsible for the counter. I watched him run from station to station grabbing things for guests, brewing new coffee and checking order statuses. Talk about an army of one. The dude that actually was working did apologize for the wait. Never did see the other two "workers" come back.

Read moreIt's the normal fast food place. The staff gives the impression that they dont really want to be there. But the food is always hot and my order is always correct. The only issue is the extremely long line that doesn't move. I understand that with Covid-19 they are probably working with less staff on a daily basis but I've been there a couple of times and there have been on two people work. One night the person taking my order didn't respond even though there were only two cars head of me and about 6 behind me. People started cutting ahead of me because they didnt want to wait, I guess thinking that I was the hold up. I finally just pulled up and looked through the window. Two gentleman were there looking at me as they put on their coats to leave...... At that point there were only two other people working. I had to place my order at the pickup window with an extremely over worked and tired assistant manager(?). I couldn't even complain or get mad. I could get my food and leave, she was stuck there...
