A Must-Stop in Williamsburg! What a fantastic find! After a long day of exploring Williamsburg and a trip to the movies. Bubba's was the perfect treat. They have a huge selection of ice cream, and the scoops are incredibly generous for the price. I got the Salted Caramel Brownie in a cup and it was ballin'!!! The staff was very friendly and patient, even with a long line. The attached tourist shop was a nice supriss – much better than the average gift shop, with some really unique items.. cups, flags, candy and all the bigfoot swag yoy could dream of! We'll definitely be back because we just moved to Williamsburg! #neighbors

Adorable place to visit when in Williamsburg VA! Great stop for picking up souvenirs and those who love Simply Southern. The ice cream was delicious and the waffle cones are amazing. Definitely try the chocolate dipped with peanuts...it was so yummy! Everyone in the shop was following safety protocols and the young man helping us at the ice cream counter was so polite! Although, it does suck that we couldn't add his tip onto our card...you can only tip cash which limited how much we could give him since we don't carry cash often. This was a fun little treat for all of us!

Some pros & cons Large portions, long lines, crowded space, still a little expensive for what it is. I enjoyed the live colonial drumline giving a very authentic feel to the historic town. The ice cream was good, but I wouldnt wait over an hour for it again....or more than 10 mins for that matter. The staff was very friendly & what made the 4star rating more than a 3.

Ice cream was good, staff not so much. We asked for a sample as the kids were unsure of their flavor choice. We figured it was worth a shot but didn't know with COVID and all. Instead of a sorry or explanation we got a very curt, borderline rude: "no!" Then during checkout he rushed us along not really giving us time to move the kids and the ice cream after they had been set up too high for them to reach. To put a cherry on top of all this he then took our change from a cash payment and just dropped it directly into the tip jar without even asking us first!! They stole from us! After we sorta gave a look, we did get a sarcastic "I could get it out" comment, but at this point we were done. Good luck keeping customers if others are getting treated in...

We went there last night and my son got a peach ice cream. They do not give out samples (Covid) which is fine but my son hated it. And he usually loves all kinds of ice cream. The little peaches in the ice cream are gross. When I asked if he could get a kiddie size (I paid for a regular for him) of another flavor they flat out told me no because he didn’t like it. The guy behind the counter said “If it fell on the ground I would replace it but I can’t give him a new ice cream because he doesn’t like it.” We spent over $24 on ice cream there as a family 4 but they couldn’t give my son the smallest scoop of something different.
