McDonald's — Restaurant in Williamsburg

I'm local so I frequent this place more than others. About all I come here for anymore is a coffee and even thats turning out to be a hassle, honestly.

Last visit, my husband and I got coffees. When we got to the window to pay, the lady told us our total was "$11.25" and before we could even process, she had taken my husband's card out of his hand since he had it ready to pay. When she opens the window, I tell her she has charged the wrong order/wrong items since we got two coffees. The receipt actually said a different total, she just misspoke, but the items were still wrong and we actually owed more than $3.25. She called her manager over and the lady was complaining it was paid with a debt card so they cant. Once settled, as we are being handed our card, the manager or whoever said "It was the customers fault"..... ??? Not sure how when she said the wrong total/we were charged for wrong items. I told my husband she could've at least waited till the cashier shut the window before saying that, but whatever. Lol. It wasnt a big deal and we were nice, she was rude for no reason. When we get to the next window, the lady handing us our drinks apologized for what happened and was very nice, which is a breath of fresh air for this place..

They've tried handing me food when I only ordered drinks, left whole meals/happy meals off an order, came across as rude and hateful, etc. Always price check, bag check once you get your order, make sure to get a receipt, and be prepared to drive back around or go inside to...

I don’t know where to start with this, the place is dirty, the tables are all greasy, the food is disgusting, the bread taste stale one of the workers was vaping inside the store, the food was disgusting, didn’t even taste like meat, the cheese wasn’t even melted, the burger didn’t even taste like a burger there was so much pepper on it, the workers don’t ask if you need anything they throw the bags and yell the number and walk away, I asked for the number 7 two cheese burgers and a fry with a sweet tea, first I noticed the sweet tea looked like water and then when I got my food and got back to my table the food was not made how I ordered and paid for it, the fries was not fresh, even the food I asked to remake was cold. They give dirty looks to customers as well, not to mention the blond, skinny female with her hair down working around food! This was the Worst trip I’ve ever had here! I prefer coming to McDonald’s around 3rd shift they treat their customers great, and they make the food fresh and right! I don’t prefer coming mornings and evening anymore!!! I would give a negative 3 star if I could but I can’t so 1 star will do but I can promise that if I could give any less then a 1 I...

There are some nice workers. But on the whole, orders (particularly through the drive-thru) are wrong more often than they are correct. They play games by delaying taking orders through the drive -thru to make their turn times look better for corporate numbers, resulting in long waits in real time for customers. I had better luck with placing orders through the app for a while, but after a terrible experience (taking over 25 minutes from the time I placed and paid for my order until the time I gave up on waiting for the curbside delivery and went through the drive thru to get it myself, on a morning with very few customers, only to be lied to about the delays, and have my order be wrong and undercooked), I will not be returning to this McDonalds ever again, even though I live here and it is the only McDonalds in town. The managers (at least those in charge of the drive-thru) make no effort to do anything to make it right, other than apologize (sarcastically and only because they are required to).
