I bought a number 2, three supreme soft tacos and a Pepsi. I got to my first taco and it had less meat and other ingredients than the one pictured below. They looked nothing like the ones in the pictures on the display. So I asked the staff “Is this normal? It looks nothing like the one pictured.” One guy said “That’s an advertisement. We have set amounts on our forks when we make this.” The other lady who made the food said “Whats the difference? It’s still the same ingredients.” I said “I’m talking about the amount.” It was more tortilla than anything. They asked me if I wanted it remade or to get my money back. I’m not crying over $11 because that’s not a ton of money to me. But someone else cares a lot about their $11 and they should know if they go here you may not get the amount of food that you thought you paid for. I wish I’d just gone to Moe’s SW Grill like I’d thought to do.

Workers make more than a nurse and other educated careers, yet the food was no where near what the pictures show which for the money is false advertising. I paid almost $3.00 for less than a $1.00 worth of food. This location should be ashamed of themselves for false advertising and slow service. The picture speaks for itself, Chipotle Crunchy Burrito at almost $3.00 with taxes. On a good note, the worker at the window was friendly.

The driver did not leave our order where we asked. They left it on the ground, in the dirt, in a location that we had to hunt for it like a Easter egg. The bag was open on one side, the sticker was ripped. We were missing Cinnabon bites. Not a good experience

Okay so I got a survey for my visit on Feb 9 but what i wanted to say was too long. On this particular day everybody was KILLING IT from my point of view! There was amazing teamwork and communication that you could see just boosted their efficiency. Every team member was polite and helpful (even though a lot of people were not returning the favor to them...rude!) which just helped emphasize how great everyone is at their job because it felt really busy. The lady and gentleman at the drive-thru (Jessica and Alton, I believe?) were all-stars from what I could see - their cohesion working together was just so well executed AND they even helped check on people at the counter between drive-thru guests (and it did not slow them down at all by the way)! Maria was a complete sweetheart and just on the ball about maintaining the dining area and checking in between FOH and BOH. The lady who I mainly communicated with about my order (whose name I am completely blanking on right now, I'm SO sorry!) was amazing; the way she kept me informed and was taking charge of getting everything under way was just so good! I feel bad I don't have a better vocabulary to explain but it was just a really dang good job well done. There were two other employees who I didn't interact with as much but they were just as integral to the great job I saw while there! The one employee was just powering/truckin' through orders at such a consistent pace - I remember thinking, "Dang, they are in the zone over there!" - and the other lady helped a customer named Sabrina by labeling her food item a certain way to help identify it and it's little things like that, that speak volumes about how helpful and amazing a person can be, despite being stressed because there were several hiccups with people/orders and nobody seems to know how to kindly address our food service workers who are doing the best they can (especially at this location) with the (usually very) little they've got. Okay so that covers this specific day but I also wanted to recognize one other employee I usually see at this location but did not on the 9th: Ian. Every time I have been to this location and Ian is working, it is such a positive and fun environment it seems - you can just kind of feel a boost in the morale! It's very efficient when he's running things from the back, too; like, I can't exactly compare/contrast the 9th from days I've seen Ian there because this day seemed busier than I remember others being (and so required more effort, which was done flawlessly, by the way!) but it just seemed to be somewhat effortless on the days I recall with Ian expediting if that makes sense. Regardless, this location is amazing and I choose it over and over again because despite any mistakes ever made with an order, the employees are just some of the best I've encountered. They are doing a job way harder than people give credit for; to have to: remember multiple recipes as they are; work in any customizations and be mindful of possible allergies or dislikes or medical conditions contributing to the need for customization; deal with people of all sorts and attitudes; clean front and back of house; run the registers; balance the drive-thru and dine in customers; multi-task all this and then some with a certain time limit while maintaining accuracy, the absolute least these people deserve and have earned is grace, patience, and appreciation - even more so during a pandemic which has seemed to bring out the worst in most acting as customers! I will never understand exactly how hard y'all's jobs are but I do my best to empathize regardless of circumstances, because one: you're human, and two: fast food workers are never given as much positivity as they deserve it feels and it's not fair considering you do so much but are so under-compensated (and not just monetarily). Hopefully this wasn't too much and I apologize if so but the need to recognize how great everyone has been doing has been building for a while and I was afraid y'all weren't hearing it as often as you...

I ordered at the drive-thru. The service was quick and the person who took my order and gave me my order was pleasant. My complaint is that the person who put the sour cream on the tacos completely missed the inside and so consequently, the shower cream was on the outside of the shell on all three of the tacos. Otherwise they were good. I should have taken pictures of it but I am not a person that likes to complain so I never bear evidence of my complaints. We are all human and we all make mistakes, but this Taco Bell was not nearly busy enough to warrant the mistake like the placement of the sour cream. In my mind, it was carelessness. Update: I took my son and met my wife there. We ate in. We stood at the counter to order but, after a minute or so, we were directed to the kiosk. Ok, no problem. My son and I both ordered #3 ( burrito supreme with a taco supreme) I also oredered a large drink for both. ( Pepsi for me and root beer for him). My wife ordered two soft tacos and a medium pepsi. I paid $26 and some odd change. We sat to wait for our order which didn't take very long. We were given our cups with our order. That's went things went bad. We discovered that there was no syrup in ANY of the soda dispensers. When I informed an employee about it I was told that they're out of drinks and the only thing left was sweet tea. There was no sign on a soda dispenser at all. There was no indication whatsoever that they were out of drinks. Yet, they knew in advance before we even walked into the place that they were out of drinks. Even knowing this, they directed us to the kiosk and said nothing else. And when we discovered that none of the sodas or any good, we all dumped our drinks down the drain along with all the ice. I was not happy. So I paid for two large drinks and a medium and got nothing. I will never visit that location again. I also plan on contacting corporate taco bell. Also when we got there the place was absolutely dead. And yet all the tables were dirty. When we arrive in ordered one employee have hardly went out there with a spray bottle and started to clean some of the tables and quit cleaning the tables as soon as we sat down. I don't know who is managing that Taco Bell but they're terrible....

We had a bus load of high schoolers in town for a Choral Festival/Competition. We had 37 students and 6 adults. We stopped at Taco Bell and Cookout on Saturday evening (April 5th, 2025) on our way back to the hotel after spending 10 hours at Busch Gardens. We had 30 of us go to Cookout. And they had all of us served in 20 minutes with smiles on their faces. Yet after 45 minutes of waiting, Taco Bell still had not served the mere FIVE students waiting on their food. Instead, those employees harassed one of the students about her ethnicity. And stood around talking amongst themselves instead of making any of the orders. And after 45 minutes, one of the chaperones went inside Taco Bell to see what the hold up was. And the employees did nothing but run their mouths to the chaperone and cussed her. And they refused to get their manager for her. And to top it off, corporate was contacted and they do not care and will not do anything about it. So we are officially DONE with Taco Bell!!!

Update for others: the supposed GM wanted me to send her my WhatsApp number. I gave her my personal phone number. Someone from their customer service department called me. Asked me to explain what happened. I did. He didn’t say anything about it. Asked for my email. And send he would email me. He did not. Then another called me on WhatsApp. Asked for an explanation of what happened. Then wanted me to fill out a form online that required a credit card number. When I refused to provide a credit card number, he wouldn’t do anything else. Then he removed the message with the link. And then when I messaged said “GM” and informed her of this and told her I would not be providing a credit card number, all she wanted to say was she wanted to explain kasongo and kasongo mwongoo. I told her twice she could explain if she wanted, but I still would not be providing a credit card number. She never explained anything. And I cannot find any information on kasongo mwongoo online. ...
