Williamsburg Jewelers went above and beyond to help me with a jewelry issue. I had a delicate necklace that had come apart in the "middle", and I was not sure how to adequately repair it. I also had other pieces of jewelry I was looking at restringing. Alena and Troy were immensely helpful, happy to look up service pricing and discuss options. The restringing was beyond my budget at that time, but Alena went ahead and asked the jeweler in-shop at that time to help fix the broken chain for free since it was a straightforward job. Troy helped fix the chain and spotted another "weak link" and fixed that too, to be proactive.
