I first used this location to reset my engagement ring about three years ago. The band was too large and beginning to crack, so I was about to have the three diamonds mounted into a white gold solitaire and screw back earrings for a reasonable price. Turn around was faster than I expected, and I had plenty of time to spare before the wedding.
We visited again a few weeks ago to mount a couple of loose peridot I had gotten my husband. Unfortunately, they weren't able to mount the larger stone into a ring due to its size, but my husband is more than happy with his earring for the smaller gemstone. After hours we were visiting the ice cream shop next to his business and he basically got mad because a family was parked in a parking spot in front of his business. This was 10:30 on a Friday night when pretty much all jewelry stores would be closed. Also it was at least two to three more empty spots right next to the one he was gripping about. He proceeded to make the father stop ordering his ice cream just to move his vehicle so that he could park in that particular spot. Very disrespectful and rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend a dime here...
