Can I say OMG!!!! Amazing BBQ! Extremely tender brisket that was NOT dry at all! Personally, I would have liked a tad more flavor in the brisket, hubby disagreed though, he said it was perfect. It did have the perfect smoke ring and consistency! The pulled pork was my favorite. Tender, flavorful, decadent. For sides we had smoked mushrooms, Mac and cheese, and Cole slaw. All were EXCELLENT! Really super super good. The owner and another family member that were there were so so very nice! Great people. We got to talking and were told they've only had this business since June of 2023. Let me tell you, they've totally done right by it. And then, before we left the owner gave us a sample of the chili to take with us. I have to tell you I make an awesome chili, I've won or placed in the few chili cook-off competitions I entered. This chili they make is THE BEST chili I've EVER had!!!! I really wanted to like this place, but the food was incredibly mediocre for the price. I ordered the brisket sandwich, which was $15, and it was just okay. Nothing about it stood out and it definitely was not worth what I paid. I also tried the brisket bowl, which came in a medium sized container, the kind you usually see at the Amish market for potato salad or coleslaw. For $17 the portion was small and disappointing. It was just brisket, coleslaw, and beans. The brisket was decent but forgettable, the coleslaw was ok and the beans tasted average.

On top of that, I ordered the jalapeño cheddar sausage, and it turned out to be just one sausage about six inches long. Again, for the cost, it felt like a poor value.

I placed an order here the other day after this place came highly recommended from a friend of mine, however I was left incredibly disappointed. I ordered the brisket sandwich with coleslaw and a pina coloda lemonade, the brisket was super dry and lacking flavor and the coleslaw had ZERO taste I couldn't taste an ounce of seasoning, the pulled pork sandwich my daughter ordered was a little better but still super dry, the Mac n cheese she got tasted very sour and like it came from a can, it was very weird in texture as well and way overcooked. Also $21 for a sandwich a side and a drink is absolutely insane! I would've been more than fine with that if the food had been the quality i was expecting for the price.
