This store constantly proves that it’s the worst Mcdonald’s around. The wait times are slow and employees are even slower in the head. I witness an employee raise their voice almost to yelling at an older lady instead of repeating themselves slower cause the older lady would not keep up with what the employee was saying to her. The Staff as a whole is the reason this store is the KFC/TacoBell of Williamston . I also watched the shift manager ask a woman who complain about the wait what she needed, the woman said she’d been waiting a long time and all she order was 4 large teas. The shift manager then yelled out “i need four large teas for the front and walks away” The woman didn’t get her teas until 3-4 minutes later when another employee asks what she was waiting on. Also, it seems i’m not the only one who every time they go they have to watch countless orders be messed up or remade. If i was the owner of this franchise store i would be embarrassed about the potentially lost money due to a lack of care for higher costumer service quality and the dysfunctional environment they’ve let grow within the staff. This store is the prime example of minimum work ethics = minimum wage pay. But hey, if you’re looking for an easy job with poor treatment and pay and have a gpa of less than 3.0 then this store needs all the help it can get. Read moreWilliamston McDonalds has very poor service at night. If it wasn't for the fact it's the closest place, I like, to grab after 10P, I would never order here. Ive ordered several here several times at different times during the evening and my order is never right. I'm not sure if the people the hire can read, understand or have the sense God gave a Billy goat. I ordered a Bacon QPC medium combo with a Fanta drink and 2 apple pies. When I received it by delivery, I had no drink, no Bacon on my sandwich, and the sandwich wasn't prepared with my preferred selections. I guess the only thing I could say turned out good was the basket of fries they dropped in the bag. I tried calling them today to get the issue rectified and as usual, they don't answer the phone. I do understand they are busy at times but I also know, they will just ignore the phone. During the morning hrs, I get to experience the best customer service and that is what keeps me coming back. Read moreBy far the worst location I've ever eaten at, and let me explain why. I frequent this location as my little brother likes the food, however on multiple occasions they get our orders wrong. Now, today's experience takes the cake. Going through the drive through to order, their screens were broken and they charged us the incorrect amount. Looking at the receipt given, it was also not what we had ordered. The lady at the second window had asked us to pull forward after we explained the situation thus far, which we did, and wait. For the next 50+ minutes we sat there waiting on our order, being brought the wrong thing multiple times, while the majority of people around us eventually after experiencing the same situation, got their food and left. At the end of this ordeal, we went inside along with another customer who was also stuck outside waiting, and had to demand our food for it to be given to us.
Don't get me wrong here, I know food service can be hard. I myself worked at a fast food place nearby and over the course of my time there, I made my fair share of mistakes. But this many?
