Want to get ripped off AND let down? Come to Bliss Bee! Where the only bliss is the pockets of management!
Do the signs say you can get a sandwich, fries and a drink for 13.99? They sure do! Will you get that deal? Nope! When your checking out the kiosk won't let you combo it together and when you ask one of the cooks to come help they don't have a clue to do it either!
As soon as you get your food the image of a tiny little cup dances towards you. That's right the soda that comes to an astonishing $2.89 even as a to-go order is only about 8 oz! MAYBE 10!
Think your going to get hot food? Nope! As soon as we got our order we tried our fries and the first thing my daughter said was "These aren't hot". I tried one and tasted the age clear as day. Not only that the fries themselves come in a tiny little box as well!
Disappointed myself and seeing my daughters obvious remorse I took a bite out of the chicken sandwich. Guess what! That was room temperature at best! Not only that but it was DRY as a mother! Chicken should be moist and tender, not flakey and dry. I ordered the cowboy and it's supposed to come with onions, guess what those were old too!
Oh and if you think "It's just the slow time of day" I went at 3pm on a SATURDAY. Wild! There were maybe 10 other parties inside and out, and as I was leaving another 4 parties in line.
So for the low price of $16.38 you too can get a dry air aged chicken sandwich with old fries and a tiny cup! Oh and you get the added benefit of hearing your kid say things like "I never want to try anything new again"!!!
Awful.
[Edit for response] Thanks for the refund, it matters not. The associate also had no idea how to get the kiosk to get the deal? If your own workers are having trouble maybe it's not the user but the machine. As for the dancing cup it was the cup that was handed to me by your associate. Using dancing as a metaphor not as in something on...

How time changes everything....
It pains me to write this review, but after five major fails, I have to speak up, because, something is rotten in the state of Vermont.
This local franchise has rested on it laurels for years, very often deserved; but in the past two years it has gone beyond downhill, so far in fact, it's basically a rest area pit toilet.
My most recent order is in the photos, but the general experience is the same between the South Burlington and Williston locations: disappointment and disgust.
Earlier tonight, I gave the Williston location another chance; well, we all make mistakes.
To say it was disgusting and inedible is an understatement, but the presentation was just plain creepy - see photos - it looks like someone tore off/ate a piece of the over-sized nugget they sold as a "chicken breast" sandwich. All my "just doesn't look right" sensors went off.
The burger would have been salvageable if they didn't put a cup of mayonnaise on it. They put so much mayo on it, it not only liquefied the bun, but had begun liquefying the cardboard box it was in!
This place is typical Burlington, Vermont. Completely self-absorbed, self-important, and self-righteous - they think their stuff does not stink - and have no ability to process constructive criticism.
Honestly, don't wasn't your time and money here.
Go to McDonald's instead - any of their locations serve better and...
Read moreMy wife and I have been going here once a week for the last year+. We get the same thing every time.... a smoothie and a soda, and on some occasions will try different food. We love our weekly dates here and wouldn't trade it for anything. Most of the time we just play games or chat while we enjoy our beverages, and its a very chill place to do so. We love the food we have tried on different occasions as well- my wife has multiple allergens and this is a VERY FRIENDLY allergen free place with a safe kitchen and practice for those who have them.
We also love the staff, a few of which we've become friends with, the random assortment of music you get depending on who's working, drink selections (a huge variety of choices and Maine Root CANE SUGAR base soda), comfortable seats, nice wood tables, service, chill atmosphere, and a host of other things.
Within the last few months this place has also redone a bunch of their inside dining. The place looks great and was a solid improvement in many areas.
Of all the food I've tried the bambam is my favorite. Tons of flavor and the barbecue sauce + jalapeno combo was new to me and its great! I love the fries here, they are a thinner fry with lots of flavor. The only caution I would give is that the serving size of the burger meals will sometimes leave me a little hungry. Not sure how to proportionally increase though to fix that. Even with that critique though, still a 5/5...
