Absolutely awful I would never recommend this restraunt to any people no matter what age. The greasy faced kids that work there should be ashamed of how they treat there elders. I asked if they could please carry my food to my table b/c I had just had shoulder surgery. So I proceed to sit down at my table waiting for them to deliver my tray of food. I sat there for 10 min waiting for them to bring my food with no avail I got up and asked for my food and threw my food in the toilet where it belongs and flushed it down with no regret. I stormed out of the restraunt with my shoulder throbbing thinking to my self what poor soul would ever ring that bell for good service. The fact that this establishment even exists gives me a headache or that someone would actually spend time in a run down dumpster like Arby's. Read moreI went in fairly late I admit that but there was no reason these mind you GROWN ADULTS should have done what I asked for 5 each of the Arby’s sauce and horsey sauce they gave me 35! Also they over salted my fries and not lightly but so much so they were inedible there was so much salt my table looked like it was full of glitter I get being annoyed when it’s almost closing and people pull up but that is no reason to do any of that those workers are some of the most disrespectful and immature employees I have seen.

We had two cars in front of us and it seemed to take a long time for each car to order, no big deal, maybe they were ordering a lot of food. We got our turn to order and were told they would be right with us. We waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before we decided to just leave. There were 5 cars behind us waiting. No one ever came back to the speaker. As we were driving away, the dining room was empty. Not sure what was going on, but the staff should be a little more aware of how long someone is waiting.
